When we finally reached the store and I apologized for the delay, a staff named Laura said that they try were just trying to be thoughtful since they realize many families have more things to take care of. It gave me the warm fuzzies to encounter such considerate service in midst of rough pandemic times - this is definitely a Kroger that goes above and beyond in our experience!

Need to return an item purchased online or at the super center? Take it to the neighborhood market's customer service counter! The line will be shorter and the customer service will be friendlier. Money transfers? Neighborhood market. Buy online and want to do in store pick up to avoid shipping costs? Schedule your pick up at the neighborhood market. Need gas? They have that too. The only disadvantage I have noticed is the bakery does not seem to offer as much as the super centers do but they do have a bakery/deli with a variety of menu options. If you are a Walmart bingo connoisseur, I suggest you go to the Walmart Super Center. If you don't know what Walmart Bingo is, I suggest you google it and make sure you aren't a qualifying square.

Got the marrow bones and some knuckles and some specialty sauces to try. Plenty of frozen homemade stuff to try at a later date. Cajun foods. I had no problem finding the few things I wanted so that I have good snacks in the RV. Sliced cheese, eggs, sausages, even a two items from the "Aisle of Awesomeness" that I didn't realize I needed. Quick checkout and I found a cardboard box for hauling my stuff back to the RV. Yes, I forgot to pack reusable bags on this trip. But I did manage to bring my quarter for the shopping cart deposit.
