It was fine because he came back and fixed his mistake free of charge, of course I wouldn't have paid regardless. He came to my place because my Google nest was showing 2+ hour heat times. He spent his time on the phone with customer service and didn't fix the 2 hour notice but basically just blamed Nest for being a bad product. Now summer is here and my a/c doesn't work.
