On Monday I went to buy a battery tender and battery. Andy and the nice young lady agreed that my battery was probably dead. Andy said his battery tender lasted 20 years. Mine was only 9 years old. So I bought the battery tender and a battery just to have. Turned out, it was just my battery tender that was broken. So I went to return the battery today and they wouldn't take it back. Joe Bamberger and I almost got into a fist fight over it while Liz DiGennaro ran away. I'm not even mad at Joe. I'd be miserable too if I worked for Liz. I was always forced to write positive reviews on google by Lisa. Funny because I only went on Monday because Morris Plains was closed. I felt bad vibes when I walked in there that day that I purchased the two items. And I felt the same way today. They must be hurting for business. No customers were in there both days. They couldn't take back a brand new battery that cost $149 lol. I'm one person. This is an entire store. $149 should affect me more than the store. There is no sign that says no returns are allowed. All sales are final. Only on the receipt! The receipt comes after the sale. The customer should be notified BEFORE the sale. Joe screamed I don't have to tell anyone anything. Ya right. Tell that to my General Counsel. Vibes don't lie. This location will be out of business in the next 1-2 years. Go to Morris Plains! And please do not contact me Bergen County Harley. I don't want an apology or gift card. You'll never see me again and I'll spread the word.
