Had a really good experience. Excellent communication before showing up to understand where my car was and any expected difficulty with getting it on the bed of the tow. I had waited for a different tow company for four hours the night before only to be told they could not tow the car. SCAMMERS - BUYER BEWARE!!! I rented a car on Turo. The car was damaged and Turo called BEASTMODE TOWING AUTOMOTIVE for the pickup. The driver arrived and towed the truck to the drop off location. The driver (he said his name is Jose, Hispanic male with dreads) said Turo did not pay Beastmode and there was a balance of $450 that needed to be paid in cash. I paid the $450. Jose said I would receive an email with a copy of the receipt. Jose is the owner of this business and when you call him he picks up "SERVICE." Jose has not returned any of my calls, texts or contact. That driver is a SCAM and the company is not trustworthy. Now Turo is also not willing to reimburse me or back my claims after sending this company to me!!!!! NEVER AGAIN, DO NOT USE BEASTMODE!!!! Tow arranged by Volvo Cars of North America as part of Volvo's Tow for Life program. Lies and games played by both Volvo Cars of North America and this towing company. Don't buy a Volvo and if you have one do not under any circumstances use Volvo Tow for Life. Volvo Cars of North America ignores their legal liability under well established laws in New York State dating to the 1940's(Appellate Courts). A free tow resulting in significant damage to my vehicle, hours of wasted time and lies and now litigation. Stay away from anything to do with Volvo Cars of North America and this towing company that caused the missing part and significant damage to my vehicle when they towed it approximately 20 miles. read more

I agreed with their terrible rating. I called my insurance company to dispatch roadside assistance (battery boost) at 9:30am due to a glitch in their system they could only schedule it as a tow. Hours later (4:30pm) they fixed the issue by calling the tow company to say it wasn't a tow but a jump... genius. I get a text stating they will arrive in 2hrs. When no one arrives I call & the man said he will tell the driver to call me with his ETA. When this call fails to happen I call them back & my call is ignored. Minutes later a get a new text from a new roadside assistance with a new ETA of 60min. No excuse you can make will excuse your service. Even if there was a pile up that required your immediate attention a courtesy call was in order! read more

The moron towed my car back to their place in the Bronx and made me into a criminal. I guess they couldn't deliver it to the dealer since it was after hours. He went through an EZ Pass toll with an EZ pass which had no money in it, resulting in a violation sent to me since he camera grabbed my license plate, being towed behind the truck. Unless this company makes good on this and makes sure EZ Pass sends me a letter absolving me of all blame and claiming it was a mistake, they will see themselves in court. I will not accept having on my record that I went through a toll without paying. I have also now found out they are not licensed currently by the NYC Dept of Consumer Affairs and they are in violation of the law. read more

They gave my insurance company an ETA of 60 minutes. These jokers never showed up. It was 6am no traffic on the road he says he's on the GW bridge. 60 minutes turned into 2 hours. His assumption was I'm from Jersey and i didn't know anything about NYC. I reminded him I'm from NYC so I didn't see why it would take 2 hours to come to Jersey. Why take the job if you're going to lie. Then he says leave your car in the road and make some calls cause you can't ride with my driver. Huh??? So am I suppose to hike through the Holland Tunnel to get to my destination? No he wants me to leave the car because he needed more than 2 hours because he's still in the BX. You can tell a lot about someone when they know you need them. While in a vulnerable position you will see how much service you will receive. He never showed up and then threatened to cancel.
