Frustrating to make a schedule!! - I called first. She says she will look into her schedule. No call received. - After 3 days, I went to the shop, none answered the door on a Saturday. The business next to her took my name and number so she could tell Shannon. - After 3 days no calls. When I called, she picked up but she says " I'm on Thanksgiving vacation. I will call you next week." She also acknowledged that the next door business told her that I came to her shop. But again she didn't bother to make a call. - Wednesday the following week I called again. She said she texted me. No proof of that. I took her cellphone number and did a test message where she replied and it went with no problem. - This time she instructed me to cancel my groupon with no further explanation. Groupon doesn't accept refund after 3 days of purchase! She could've told me this the first time I told her that I will use a groupon voucher, which is 2 weeks ago. - She further gave me more instructions......1. Cancel Groupon 2. Pay $25 deposit thru zelle or square 3. Screenshot the groupon voucher (which I dont get because shes not accepting it anyway) 4. Email the voucher and/or 5. Print the voucher and slip thru her shop front door. - I followed all (except #5). I asked if she recieved my email - no response (after 12 hours and counting). She did an amazing job on my box braids. They are a cute size and they are not super heavy. Dee Dee also gave me good advice on how to love on my hair while wearing the box braids.
