Simply put, the asian guy who waited on me insisted more than once I go up front he would bring the wig up there he was re- packing it back in the box, he said HE had to take it to the register. I went up front he came a couple of minutes later. I realized when I got home that was not the wig I choose. It was the same style but definitely a cheaper brand unheard of brand.. The brand I picked out was a Shake and Go brand wig. I know my wigs very well. He definitely switched wigs on me. I returned, all of a sudden they didn't speak english, only you buy, no return. They got me good so I know this is a scam to sell off brsnds at a higher price, dont let it happen to you. Checked your purchase carefully before leaving dont let it out of your sight. Normally I would give a four or five without hesitation, but my last visit which was initially a four, became a 3 this morning. So last Saturday, Christmas Eve, I decided to run to Bobo as my husband is in the hospital in the area and I had a couple hour's free due to shift change. I initially had trouble getting someone to help me, which surprised me because there were not that many customers in the store. Finally, I noticed a young girl on her phone leaning on the counter...I stood there until she finished her call, she then began to help me. Once I told her what I wanted, she was really knowledgeable. I picked up two pieces that I really liked. One was a floor model and they didn't have anymore in that color so I had to buy that one. She said she was gonna give me a discount. I noticed that she gave me a 50% discount, but then I remembered that is always the case, buy one & get the second one half off unless it's changed. Furthermore, the one that I am wearing already has tracks on it on either side that are not attached so I have to sew them down or some thing Both wigs were $75 and I shouldn't have to repair a wig especially two days after I bought it! I called and they said to bring the wig back. I brought it back and then they refused to do anything until they had the receipt. I told them I want a replacement, not money. I'm usually real anal about receipts and packaging's but I guess with the family emergency- I am off my game. I can not find it. We will see what happens.... read more

But I have to admit, I am all for promoting black owned company's and I am pretty sure this is Asian owned. No offense, but I rather would see people that actually have black hair helping me out. The place is large, well lit, clean and well stocked. They have a large variety of hair items along with wigs and different types of hair for braiding and weaving. OK, I went to this beauty supply. I've been gone here for a year now since I've moved into the area. I'm here two or three times a month I never spend less than $50 this night. I spent $50 I bought a eyeliner some two different kinds of hair gel, two different kinds of lipstick a nose ring and some mascara so when I get home, I realize I'm getting ready for my event. I bought the wrong hair gel I want Taliawad cream instead I grabbed the tallywad curly cream so immediately I called the store back and they told me to bring it back with the receipt and they would replace it so on my way to my event I take the hair gel back and they told me I had used it. I told them I have no use for this. That's why I'm bringing it back. They told me no ma'am you used it. In the meantime I'm buying two products that cost me $16 at this time, I have never been so belittled in my life. I am a manager in retail as well. $10 is nothing to me. I drive a convertible BMW I could've bought 10 of those damn creams or more. They accuse me of this and they would not exchange it. I live three minutes from this beauty supply. I sometimes come here when I'm in the area, I always noticed I get followed by a lady whatever I get it but today she made a big fuss about me using my credit card because I didn't have ID.
