I bought 30 inch bundles from here I got 5 of them for 1680 dollars. The hair was so tangled and matted I had to go to Bombay because I couldn't get the hair to be manageable. They never told me what to wash the hair with when I first bought it. So I went to Bombay the owners wife brushed my hair and told me to be patient with the hair and she told me to use Korean shampoo and conditioner. It helped the hair not to be matted but it's very tangled no matter how many times I brush the hair from bottom to top. I called today to see if I could get an exchange because this batch of hair is terrible. The owner told me they don't do exchanges and they won't refund me and they won't treat the hair to try and fix the problem. I've bought hair from here before and it was amazing I've never had any issues like this before. He offered a discount for the next time I buy some hair but I don't plan on ever buying from here again. Terrible customer service no resolution at all. The owners wife gave me a terrible batch of hair and now they won't fix the issue. NEVER buy from here. If they possibly give you bad quality hair they won't fix it.
