They have made it into a fantastic climate controlled storage facility. There are multiple entrances that are controlled by electronic codes so you can easily access your unit from the shortest possible distance. The manager, Scott, made the entire process very easy from the initial contract to the orientation and to the cancellation process. Warning! Anyone who has furniture stored near unit #309 in the temperature controlled building…read moreshould be aware of termite infestation. I stored my possessions with ABC for 7 years expecting they would be protected from termites and pests. When I recently emptied the unit I discovered several pieces of wooden furniture were actively infested by termites. The tops and insides of the furniture were destroyed. It was evident the infestation had been going on for some time to result in the amount of damage. Immediately I left the unit to find the manager, Pat. She returned to the unit with me to see the damage. She was astounded, as we all were. She assured then me she would contact the management at once. My son and a mover took the infested pieces of furniture out of my unit and placed them in the hallway in front of other storage units. We assumed the manager would call the termite company for the items to be removed immediately and for the area to be treated for pest infestation to protect other units. When we left our empty storage unit three days later, the furniture was still in the same place we left it. I have photos and video of the damage and live infestation.

I sent him a text the night before to remind him, another text the morning of, called twice and left messages, went to the lot but no one was there and I never heard a word back from him. I was stuck with the camper and had to scramble last minute to find an alternative. I can understand if something came up but he never returned my calls or texts to offer an explanation or apology. I am thankful that someone told me about the "Neighbor" app where people offer their private space for a storage alternative.

We didn't want to take out a contract with a garbage company once we found out we can drive 2 miles from our house and drop off our garbage. They have everything broken down into categories with attendants who are quite helpful. Anything from paint to oil to cardboard to paper, plastic and normal refuse. All have different compactors or cages to place your disposables. If you spend more than 5 minutes there, ask for help and keep moving.
