I hook it to the back of my spider pull it over and dump the tanks and from the tanks to the dump station as many times as I need but the rates for full-time are really really reasonable and it's quiet and peaceful. It has a small lake which is nice. Some spots have fire rings. They sell Propane on site at a reasonable cost. I have not been here through the winter yet so we will see how all that works out. I would definitely recommend if you are full timer that you can invest in an extended stay kit and some additional bottles so you don't have to move your motorhome or camp trailer down to the bulk tank to get propane the bathroom and shower facilities are well maintained if you choose to go that route When I first moved in, they did not have what I considered to be the perfect space for me but once it became available, the staff was very accommodating and helped me get set up a big shout out to James the maintenance guy. thank you so much for all your help and thank you to the young lady that I talked to on the phone about any issues and I'm sorry I cannot remember her name.
