The driveway looked good until the first rain, when we noticed a hump in front of one the garage doors. It was channeling water into the garage. We called. Three weeks later they came to fix it. Their solution was to cut out a 10'x10' area in front of the door and apply a rough looking patch (see photo). We spoke with owner, Dave Theriault, and three weeks later he arrived to inspect the job. Dave said "That looks like sh*t!". I also showed him where the asphalt was lifting and where car tires (light weight cars, too, like a Kia, and my Husky lawn tractor) were leaving marks in the surface and where the asphalt was crumbling. In 2024 they came back, cut out the house half of the bad driveway and repaved the whole thing. Unfortunately, they did NOT remove the entire surface, as Dave had promised. Instead, they paved OVER it. Now my driveway is 4'-6" ABOVE the landscaping (something we told him we DIDN'T want when we contracted for the job to be done). And the driveway does not meet the town's requirements so it has failed inspection (somebody at Theriault Paving failed to get or convey the requirements for a driveway, I guess). In October of 2024 we met with Dave and the town road inspector. Dave then promised they would have this resolved in May, 2025. It's mid June and nothing is done yet. It's been almost 2 years since this started and we have an unsatisfactory driveway that sits WAY above our lawn (like a runway!), making it tough to mow, the edges are cracking because there's no edge support and the surface is starting crumble and give way to tires, again! I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company. They have decades of experience but it doesn't show in their work or follow up with their customers, so far. Dave has been apologetic but follow through and workmanship is greatly lacking.

Mark handled communication with the insurance company and the team was nice and worked hard to give us a beautiful, dry space. On the last day they were working on our bathroom, our half bath stopped flushing. Thinking it was a failing wax seal, I asked if they could take a look. One 20+ foot cracked cast iron pipe later, the team made immediate time for repair. A few weeks later, Saturday morning I am doing laundry before heading to the airport to help my sister with her new baby. The drain pipe is backed up. A quick text to Dom Tango and he's got guys on their way within an hour to remedy the issue. The team does a great job and we are so grateful to be able to trust our leaky old house has a crew ready to help!

When his crew came to take final field measurements before fabrication they told me that the problem was not the roof at all but the siding. They then told me there was no reason for them to do the job and told me exactly what to tell my carpenter to do to correct the problem. Tom was prompt in visiting the property to evaluate the condition of the roofs (2) and always timely and professional in communication. After he visited the property we exchanged a couple emails to finalize the statement of work. Twin Metals price was slightly higher than other roofing companies, however, it was Tom's professionalism and timely communication that won my business. Tom and his team were onsite within a couple weeks to start work. I was onsite during the first roof replacement (day 1) and the team ensured safety around the building, was efficient, friendly and responsible (protecting neighboring properties from falling debris). After day 2, I arrived to check on the state of the 2nd roof and the condition/cleanliness of the property. I was very pleased to find my property as well as adjacent properties in better/cleaner condition than when Twin Metals arrived. I wrote to them twice about this and got no response. I finally hired someone else to do it. It was not more than a couple hours work. This is typical of corporate "one and done" practice. So, it's left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. Having been on the roof itself, too, I see where some repairs and connections were sloppy. Nonetheless, given that this was a huge job done in the most awful weather imaginable, I have decided to continue to be happy with the result. However, I would encourage them to improve customer relations if they can. It's always the last thing out the door that the customer remembers.

I called and sent a picture before it even dried, asking that it be smoothed out, but I got no satisfaction. I was told this would dry and flatten out. It did not and it looks just terrible. Communication was excellent and Evolution guided me through the process of preparing the home for installation of this huge staircase. As it turned out they did the prep work themselves, including pouring a concrete footing plus installing reinforcement blocking along the side of the house, and did an amazing job.
