The manager was a little rough around the edges and was loud when talking to her employees. I was getting my nails done and could hear all of the drama going on between the manager and the workers. It seemed very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable when it should be a relaxing experience. They play videos on big screen TVs so that you can watch while you get your nails done. The manager put on Bridget Jones Diary and I was so upset. That is such a nasty movie and there was a little girl getting a princess manicure in the salon. About midway through she changed the movie. Thank God! Still not impressed with her first decision of even playing such a filthy movie. Warning: don't go for a pedicure if you're expecting a massage chair. The girl literally brings out a large bowl for your feet to soak in. No comfy chair, no jets, just a bowl.

The place was amazing and clean. They also had 3 staff on. The woman doing my pedicure had given me a great leg and foot massage. My feet as an athlete aren't pretty lol. I felt bad for the lady She kept helping me to get the chair on as it was giving me a massage. Also they have a huge selection of nail colours that you are able to choose from. I liked the service and they stayed open a half an hour late for us as well. The only downfall was the price as they don't have a cheap deal for the nails and pedicure. This was my first and last visit to Foxy Nails !! It is…read morealways astounding to me - in this day & age - when businesses are closing everywhere - when an owner does not care about keeping a paying customer satisfied ! I called to inquire about color changing nail polish and was told that they did have it available. I asked the price of the refill and if the color changing nail polish was included and was told it was. When I looked at the colors - I asked once again - if it was included - and was told again that it was. When I finally decided on a color - I asked if it was included with the refill and was told it was ! Once it was time to apply the polish - I asked to pay (as I always do at other salons) and was told not until it was finished (which seemed odd) Now I know why !! I was shocked when my bill was a whopping $30 (instead of $20) - I asked why and was told because the polish is extra !! I explained that I had asked at least 3 times and was told it was included. I could not understand why - NOT once did they say that there was an extra charge !! They did not care - they wanted $30 and did not care at all about customer satisfaction ! No wonder they did not want me to pay before the polish was applied - I would NOT have used this polish if I knew they were going to charge $10 for it !! Now I realize that this was a scam from the start !! I am sure it will not be too long before I pass this store and see the brown papers on the windows - and with the way they acted today - they deserve it !! Unfortunately - in this day and age it is very difficult to stay in business - but fortunately it is very easy to share your opinions with others !! Thank you for this opportunity !
