Call to discuss the matter with the manager who said her name was Jasmine. Her advice was to go to my physician. So I advised I have been in touch with my physician. Not once did she state she would investigate or ask the masseuse what she used. She became irate because I wanted the number to corporate office and she became irate and stated " There is nothing else I can offer you other than go see the doctor and take some Benadryl " and hung up the phone. I will file a complaint with corporate and find the franchise owner to let them know how their business is being ran. She is the reason the ratings for this location is so terrible.
