Best Facial I've ever had!! Susie was amazing and swear my face looks and feels better than I imagined it could!! I am truly surprised! Organic, luxurious creams, serums, and even a LED mask that does different things for different peoples skin types. I am elated! I will be 47 in 2 days and it's the pick me up I needed! Located a half block from CMU and Stocker Stadium, resulting in lack of parking. The business had designated parking in the alley, though not adequate for trucks. I was greeted by a tech employee working on the computer. Took a few minutes for an actual employee of the spa to greet me. Not very good reading material while I waited, no services offered menus either. I was surprised as a first time client I was not asked to fill out any paperwork, no health history, no consent form for a clinical dermaplan facial. My esthetician was a woman of few words. The only questioned she asked me was if I had ever had a dermaplan before. After that, it was to tell me she was beginning the dermaplaning, and then to let me know my service was over. Checking out was worse than checking in, only the tech man behind the desk. I waited 10 min before an employee walked out to greet a client, I asked if I could pay. Ten minutes later the employee greeted me apologetically, asking if I had come out of a facial. When I said yes, she was embarrassed no one had assisted me. I should have just walked out, but my conscious wouldn't let me. Having just moved to the area, I will most definitely try other spas. read more

My husband and I had the rare privilege of having the time to enjoy a spa visit together. There was a mix up with our appointments but, the owner, Susie, took charge and completely saved the day. She even performed some of our services personally. The facility is lovely, with a tranquil, pristine ambience. The staff were all professional and very well trained. A special thank you to Tasia who gave me the best Mani pedi, I have had in years. Hubby was also very impressed with all the care and attention to every detail. There was a mix-up in scheduling with my wife and I for an appointment and I missed my appointment. I've been in the middle of a massive 6-figure IT modernization project at work and haven't had a chance to check my phone or email, because for days and days I was up in the rafters running 1,800 feet of POE certified CAT6 cable for our WAN and besides, I'm not one of those people who is glued to their phone 24-7, more of a hands-on person-to-person guy, and I've also been finishing up a 3-room renovation at home in addition to dealing with the holidays. So my mind was not on the massage appointment my wife had scheduled for me. Beautifye Day Spa said, 'Too bad, pay me!' and billed us $100 anyway for the no-show. It's their right to do so as explained in their no-show policy, but given all the circumstances, you'd think they would give us a pass. Nope. So for the $100 they dinged us, they just lost two customers for life. And we spend big dollars at spas, in town, and on vacations taking care of our middle aged bodies and faces. Oh well. Keep your $100 and now the word will spread. Ah...I see what you're doing there Suzanne. First off, I wasn't rude. I used no profanities, no insults, no personal attacks. But what I was was frustrated at your inflexibility and put off by your snippy tone. I seriously doubt you were about to turn on the water works. And the only reason my wife came back to the tune of $300 was because that was the amount of the gift certificate she gave me for my birthday that I no longer wanted. It would have been weird and off putting for me to have a massage by someone so gougy and cut-throat. She has not been back, nor will she ever go back. So your vague generalities and sorry-not sorry mixed in with your self promotion just come off as disingenuous and desperate. read more

So, it has been 4.5 hours since my dad finished his session with Patrick, and he is still raving about it! Listed as a "Mobility Stretch Therapist", I didnt realize I had signed my dad up for anything other than a traditional massage. Boy, am I glad I was wrong! My dad is 73 and recently had a massive stroke. I havent seen him look for feel better, than he has today, after 60 minutes with Patrick! Yahoo! Finally had my last 'first' pedicure! I will never have to go test out another pedi service again!! Kayla did an amazing job and my feet look and feel so much better than the pedis I do at home (cause we all know some pedicures you get, you know you could have done better yourself...) I had Susie do my lashes for my sisters wedding and my trip to the beach and on both occasions I couldn't have been happier! If you haven't had lashes put on by her or her team, do! You can never feel better than when your surfing or playing in the ocean and come out of the water feeling beautiful and not just blah cause your lashes are perfect!! Love this place!
