The staff I interacted with were also friendly. However, I was very disappointed to be charged a $50 consultation fee after my appointment for a two-minute video call with a provider who simply approved the injections. This fee was never disclosed in the Groupon advertisement, during booking, or at any point before the service was performed. Being told about an additional mandatory fee only after the treatment is completed feels extremely misleading. If a consultation fee is required, it should be clearly stated upfront, especially when services are being marketed through Groupon. While the injector did a great job, the lack of transparency about this hidden fee leaves a bad impression. I would strongly recommend that future clients ask about all additional charges before their appointment. I also hope the business will address this issue and be more transparent with their pricing moving forward.
