Worst customer service!!…read more My friend ordered a dress made to measure from this boutique. She ordered the dress 7weeks in advance and was told it will be ready in time. When we went to the shop the man who owns the shop showed us the dress which was the same dress she saw on the mannequin 7weeks ago. The dress had marks and few beading missing. The dress which she wanted hadn't arrived and the owner lied saying the dress in front of us was the new one she ordered. The owner lied so much he had no idea after a while what he was saying. The owner is the rudest person I have come across screaming at the customers. Customers needs did not come first. Owner didn't want to listen to the customer and lied over and over again!! Do NOT shop from this boutique. You won't get what you pay for. BEWARE!!

All was going well until I realised the dress was fairly creased and I needed to get it steamed only 2 weeks before the big day! The ladies at Wedding Belles were brilliant. They totally understood my situation and promised to keep the dress under lock and key. As my mother-in-law elect lived so locally they even offered to collect and drop off the dress. As I was at work I had total faith in the ladies and my mother-in-law to be. They only had the dress for a couple of days and when they returned it they had added in a shape keeper for the top half of the dress (as it was an off the shoulder piece) and they had packed it so even the shape couldn't have been seen. I have already recommended a friend do the same for her dress and I say the same to you. They really did surpass my expectations and for a reasonable price too!

We set about the amazing selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, tiara's, veils and so, SO much more. I had given myself an hour, just to make some initial enquiries, I was still there after two hours, I had become engrossed in bridal wear, even excited. I looked around for in-person shops here in Los Angeles, but knew nothing could be as good as getting a dress made in Pakistan. I chose a deep red, fully beaded dress. The process was pretty easy. I took my measurements, and they sent me a "dummy" dress. This way, you can make any changes before the final dress is cut. And it's an important part of the process for me as I was unable to try on a dress in person. Communication via WhatsApp was great. They were always willing to work with my requests. They even made a red dupatta, that matched my dress, for my maid of honor at the last minute so she stood out. I received so many compliments about this dress. The dupatta was amazingly beautiful. It is truly a work of art. And well worth the money. Great prices, great process, and lots of variety to choose from. I will say, the dress was very heavy, but I was able to manage myself in it. I'm taller and the weight was manageable. Well worth it!!

It took me a while to decide which wedding dress was for me but only because they had 4 dresses that I totally fell in love with (I wish I could have taken them all) but eventually with their help we managed to narrow it down to one and I am absolutely more than happy with my choice, it's a beautiful dress and I also saved £800 on the price so I'm extremely happy about that! Both myself and my family and my bridesmaids were treated very well, they looked after us in a way that I couldn't have asked for more from a bridal shop. Popular, and occasionally you will find a great sale on, they also have some nice outfits for men. Certainly take friends and family with you on your visit here. Whatever colours you prefer they sell. I like how they speak lots of languages, and it's more convenient for my mothers generation who knows that she trusts what they're saying about their garments when she can speak to them in her own language. I'd recommend visiting the store, car parking is available nearby, and the shop is served with bus routes regularly from the city and West Bromwich. Quite busy on the weekends though.

And to be honest you will find better bridal saris elsewhere. Having said that the saris at Milans are good but not excellent and you might want to buy some saris from here anyway. That's just my view. I did like the god statues and I am into them. The majority are Hindu gods and they are well priced. I haven't actually brought any statues but I might just return here to do so. Over the years my family, especially my mother, have spent a small fortune in here buying Saree's and accessories that come in the most delightful of colours and fashions. It's nice how they've branched out to also include shawls, kitchenware, fashion accessories such as bindis, and items that you may need for religious worship. Overall a delightful store. Good prices, and they'll be surely missed if they were to ever leave.

The solution (amazing) buy a hand made dress on the internet and then take it to a local pro to finish the sizing perfectly and deliver the finished dress. Tears...tears...tears…read more.. My sister got her wedding dress from here 10 years ago and though she's not an emotional person, as soon as she put the dress on she burst into floods of tears. This set us all off; me, my mom and the ladies working there. We're coming here for my wedding dress I thought. 10 years later the same group of us arrived at Red Rose. It's a Tuesday morning and we're on the lookout for my perfect dress. The sales assistant came straight over and greeted us, asking all the relevant questions; When's the big day? Where's it being held? What kind of dress had I got in mind? Unfortunately it all went down hill from here. I had a specific style and budget in mind and the look she gave me was utterly ridiculous. The excitement of looking for a dress just drained away from me. Because I didn't want a big puffy thing or an expensive couture dress she simply wasn't interested. She left us to have a look through some dresses and we made a speedy exit. She didn't blink an eyelid. I would never have expected this kind of behaviour from an assistant in a wedding dress store. It shouldn't matter what I want but whether you can help me find it or not. To be judged in such a rude way and made to feel that my choices weren't to her liking was disgusting. We' been instructed to source bridesmaids dresses that were white and lacey and nowhere on the high street was coming up trumps. The shop isn't huge, and caters mostly to brides rather than bridesmaids - but does have a fair few accessories to ogle over, and the dresses are beautiful. The staff were really helpful, suggesting a couple of other places I might consider trying - and even suggesting alternatives that my friend might consider us wearing, whilst still sticking to our colour scheme. Although we didn't end up ordering anything with them (we ended up choosing prom dresses from M&S!) they were a big help in enabling us to figure out what on earth we were going to wear! Glad I popped in after getting my eyelashes done after all!
