This is a family run business which only opened about 5 years ago, but you would believe it had been open much longer due to the brilliant knowledge and customer services shown from the staff. The minute I walked into the shop I was made incredibly welcome and I was not followed around, I felt comfortable to browse the hundreds of amazing gowns at my leisure and when I did need help the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The store is elegant, modern, clean and beautifully laid out. It also stocks a huge range of gowns, accessories bridesmaid dresses, grooms outfits etc etc.

Worst customer service!!…read more My friend ordered a dress made to measure from this boutique. She ordered the dress 7weeks in advance and was told it will be ready in time. When we went to the shop the man who owns the shop showed us the dress which was the same dress she saw on the mannequin 7weeks ago. The dress had marks and few beading missing. The dress which she wanted hadn't arrived and the owner lied saying the dress in front of us was the new one she ordered. The owner lied so much he had no idea after a while what he was saying. The owner is the rudest person I have come across screaming at the customers. Customers needs did not come first. Owner didn't want to listen to the customer and lied over and over again!! Do NOT shop from this boutique. You won't get what you pay for. BEWARE!!

The only person to see my wedding dress from the day it arrived to the actual big day was my mom…read more Unfortunately my mom lives quite far away from me so my mother-in-law to be (who lives a lot nearer) kindly offered to let me keep the dress at her house, with the promise that she wouldn't take a peek. All was going well until I realised the dress was fairly creased and I needed to get it steamed only 2 weeks before the big day! The ladies at Wedding Belles were brilliant. They totally understood my situation and promised to keep the dress under lock and key. As my mother-in-law elect lived so locally they even offered to collect and drop off the dress. As I was at work I had total faith in the ladies and my mother-in-law to be. They only had the dress for a couple of days and when they returned it they had added in a shape keeper for the top half of the dress (as it was an off the shoulder piece) and they had packed it so even the shape couldn't have been seen. I have already recommended a friend do the same for her dress and I say the same to you. They really did surpass my expectations and for a reasonable price too!

We set about the amazing selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, tiara's, veils and so, SO much more. I had given myself an hour, just to make some initial enquiries, I was still there after two hours, I had become engrossed in bridal wear, even excited. They opened later for me to be able to have a bridesmaid fitting and as four of my bridesmaids were overseas, they ordered the dresses early enough for me to send them on so they could get them altered to fit perfectly. The seamstresses they use for alterations are reasonable and excellent. Definitely pay them a visit and make up your own mind.

I looked around for in-person shops here in Los Angeles, but knew nothing could be as good as getting a dress made in Pakistan. I chose a deep red, fully beaded dress. The process was pretty easy. I took my measurements, and they sent me a "dummy" dress. This way, you can make any changes before the final dress is cut. And it's an important part of the process for me as I was unable to try on a dress in person. Communication via WhatsApp was great. They were always willing to work with my requests. They even made a red dupatta, that matched my dress, for my maid of honor at the last minute so she stood out. I received so many compliments about this dress. The dupatta was amazingly beautiful. It is truly a work of art. And well worth the money. Great prices, great process, and lots of variety to choose from. I will say, the dress was very heavy, but I was able to manage myself in it. I'm taller and the weight was manageable. Well worth it!!

The solution (amazing) buy a hand made dress on the internet and then take it to a local pro to finish the sizing perfectly and deliver the finished dress. The shop itself is small which means although we were the only clients in the shop behind the curtain. There was no where for my friend to get changed. It was standing in your pants in front of me and the lovely assistant. Most people would be fine about that, but I felt it was a little unnecessary and should have been factored in to the shop design. Which is why they have lost a star. However plenty of good points. First off, service was brilliant. We were the only clients and we had the assistants full attention. There was a nice selection of dresses at reasonable prices. If you are after spending the equivalent of a small car on a dress this is not the shop for you. Everything was under £1500. Most were around the £700 area. They also had a brilliant selection of off the peg dresses, if you are an average size, that you could take away that day. They were understanding that my friend would want to show other people the selection of dresses that she liked, so they let her take pictures. So many shops don't allow that which is beyond stupid. They also didn't make her stand on a box, I had to go through that when I got married, just wear heels. They have a seamstress who is available for consultation at the shop. You do have to pay her separately, but seeing her in the same place is a great help. My friend really enjoyed the experience and felt at ease in the store (apart from the lack of changing room) she will be returning for a second try on with me and her mum in the next few weeks.

It was a brilliant experience and since then, I have recommended the shop to many of my friends. They even let us take photos so I could remember which ones I liked - unlike so many of the snooty, stuck-up shops who think you want to rob their designs, rather than to help you make your decision.
