After 2 ineffective treatments worth $240, I tried addressing my concerns by asking simply for in house "credit" for ONE of them, but was dismissed. No science or testimonials were given on why the treatment works "on everyone but me". She was unprofessional on phone calls, responded poorly to scheduling conflicts, and refused any compromise. She was even rude to my office staff when calling my office. This establishment lacks proper customer service and a clear separation between treatment and administrative staff making it awkward to complain to the person who is doing body treatment on you because she is the owner as well. I warned her I would post a poor review (my only power in the situation) asking her to talk it over and giving her a change to rectify the situation. She walked away, no apology or compassion-terrible for a "spa environment" or any business. Steer clear because as you see the in 2 of the other reviews, you might not even have an appt when you show up. They are in the dark ages when it comes to technology, which many people depend on, and is used to avoid issues they mentioned. They have no computer or emails/text reminders, all pencil and paper. Good luck if you book an appt there.

It was very clearly the time given to me by the woman on the phone when I booked as I would not have agreed to an earlier time because of my work schedule. Not apologetic at all. I also attempted to call to see if I had to schedule an appointment, but it went to voicemail. I have a sciatica issue and nerve damage in my back that started acting up last night. The numbness that occurs is not the best feeling while riding my motorcycle. I gave a 2-star rating for now because I was finally able to speak with someone.
