It was the only time I tried this salon, got Bio gel but after two weeks they started to break really bad. I have been getting bio gell for 3 years and I know that bio gel is not supposed to break.... It shows horrible material quality . using poor chemicals ia unethical. read more

DONT COME HERE. Waste of 2.5 HOURS. TERRIBLE French tips paid 80 dollars plus a tip so beyond disappointed the white tips are so uneven and way too thick. Went back to get them fixed and they did an awful job. Second lady kept asking me if I liked them over and over clearly she doesn't know what she's doing either. Asked for some kind of refund and they said "we can't we just work here". Said all they could is redo them tomorrow but I said I live out of town and they said to bad. No gloves. And used a disinfectant wipe for SURFACES on my SKIN. Owner hid behind the phone like an absolute coward and believe me I was really calm and nice when I asked for a refund after nothing was getting better. read more

I booked a service for my daughter and her friends to get a child's nails with shellack. They told me it would be 25 dollars a child. When I took them in we were charged 50 dollars a child.... double what they told me when I booked. Horrible way to do business. And on top of everything else they made both my fiancés and one of the kids bleed. I would stay away from here. read more

I really love how my acrylics look I only have 2 complaints. The woman doing my nails wasn't wearing any gloves which kind of threw me off. Also on the website it says that it would only cost 30 dollars but as I was getting them done the lady told me It would be 45 but then at the register I ended up paying 50 dollars. But over all my experience was good and I'd definitely recommend this place. read more

I have never submitted a yelp review but feel I need to warn others not to go here. We went for a family pedicure/manicure appointment 7 months ago and 2 weeks later I began to experience discomfort in my big toe nail bed. It's been 7 months, 3 rounds of antibiotics, severe pain from what doctors diagnosed as a staph bacterial infection likely caused by unsanitary tools. I had to see a 'wounds specialist' to work on the toe nail and am just now growing back a new mail. I wouldn't submit this but my daughter and niece both experienced black spots under their nails and my niece lost two finger nails within 1 month of her simple manicure. The owners of this establishment need to be aware and take much better precautions with peoples health in mind. read more

I have been a few times to this store and I quite like it, It seems to be clean, décor is pleasing, seating is comfortable & ladies are nice. English isn't the best but we get by. I like to know I can sit there & not say anything & be "zen". For me it is quite a relaxing hour of my day. Not to mention the lovely massage on my hands to soften them up. I would not recommend this place. My appointment was booked for 11:15 and I didn't even get acknowledged until 12:00. I had to repeatedly bug them to serve me and they over-charged me. A normal acrylic set is $30 and I was charged over $50. I asked for a discount due to my appointment being so late (not to mention it was my prom day and I was late for other appointments) they tried telling me I already got a discount. I've gone to this place for several months. I've often had a good job done, however, there were times I got a sloppier job but wasn't enough to make a fuss, so just dealt with it. Last time I went, person must of skipped a step in doing my nails as I had 4 nails chip away within hours. I had called the next morning as I needed them fixed but they said they had no ability to help me at my requested times. So I asked them to fit me in when they could before an event I had to attend to remove the nails as I couldn't go with such chipped and broken nails. Not only were they 25 min late to the appointment they took me in, they also CHARGED me, and overcharged, to remove the nails that they messed. There was a girl sitting for 15 minutes that could of also helped start remove them before her next appointment, but she didn't as she let me wait for the person that messed my nails. She knew I had no time, she knew the business messed up, but she could of care less about helping as it "wasn't her problem". This is not the way a business should treat a loyal customer. And I brought a friend with me every single time I went. They are not supporting this place no longer either. And the beauty of it all, I never had an apology given. They never apologized!!! After almost a whole year of my business, every 3 weeks, this is the treatment I got when they messed up. I never went back. read more

Horrible. Got my toes and nails done here in December 2017. It's now July 2018 and I still have the black dead patch on my toe nail that appeared shortly after my appointment. Now part of my toe nail is beginning to fall off where the black is. My mother had it even worse, her ENTIRE big toe nail fell completely off after weeks of excruciating pain, irritation and waking up in the night due to it. She went to the hospital a few times because of it. Lastly, if that wasn't already enough, my 5 year old cousin had two of her fingers nails fall off after just a simple polish. We all went together and all had this occur to us within a month after the treatment. Clearly this place is incredibly unsanitary and not run correctly, on top of that - expensive. read more

I called and made an appointment for a set of acrylic nails that they have advertised on their website. A full set is $30. I arrived for my appointment and had stated I was there for a set of acrylics. Overall, the place seems unsanitary - none of the tools she used were from a sealed case. Not only that the station wasn't even cleaned before I sat down. By the end of it, I was taken to the front to pay where the lady then claims I owe $45.20 - which is quite a jump (even with tax) from 30. They had given me solar nails (apparently) because they no longer do acrylics since the chemicals are bad. It was a powder product being out on my nails. Dont believe their advertising - even then they may say they do and then rip you off once you get in the store. Very unprofessional, I would not advise anyone to go there. read more
