They also had SO many color choices, designs, and service options. Honestly, I almost wished I still had long nails because the display sets were absolutely gorgeous lol Henry was my technician and he was amazing -- very attentive and helpful without being pushy at all. Pedi was rushed and my toes still feel rough. At no point did anyone trim any rough skin or cuticles on either fingers or toes. Maybe this is how it's done now? Will never go back.
