Been supporting this business since I moved to the Valley. Place is clean and you feel it as soon as you get it. It's run by sisters and their mom. I had service by all of them and they all do such a great job. Vivian could be a little more friendlier and smile more. She seems mad at times and sounds like it and gives you that fierce glare. The welcoming of guest is not quite warm. They just tell you to pick a color and point to the wall as they say it. Had my first set of cat eyes and was not too pleased with the design. Gel manicure and pedi is fine however. I may continue to go there. read more

I don't enjoy writing a bad review but this was so bad that I have to. The new nail tech lady does a terrible job. I kept asking her to clean the cuticles but gave up because she wasn't understanding what I was saying. My toe nails were not cleaned at all and the nail polish looked like it could have been done by my 2 year old and I really am not exaggerating. I had to go home and redo it myself and will never go back there again. I don't have high expectations but this was as bad as it can get . read more

Female family owned business. Vivian, her Mom, and her sister. I still have acrylics but they do everything, gel, spa pedicures, waxing, etc and prices are still reasonable!!! The shop is CLEAN, they wear masks, gloves and clean/sterilize everything after each use. They are all friendly, kind, and knowledgable. They also stay open a little later a couple of days a week to accommodate after work appts. If you live in the neighborhood, at least give them a try. Get a slice of Pizza at Big Mama and Papas a few doors down afterward! read more

they made my thumb bleed & didn't acknowledge it. No sorry, nothing. Also, they fake a dip powder manicure (it's really just gel with UVs and everything) they use a dip "base" but then put gel on top of it. I wish they would have told me this when I made my appointment as I do not like using the uv machines. They charged $50 for that fake dip manicure which is absurd. I could have just gone anywhere and gotten a gel manicure for $30 and it would have been the same thing. On top of that, they charge $1 if you pay with card...what are we doing here people? This is a very basic nail salon. It's a little hole in the wall and a little older, but it's not charging outrageous fees for a gel pedicure. My technician was Cathy. She didn't have much to say, unless it was to the other 2 techs, but she provided a quick and efficient gel pedicure. $35 with removal of old gel. No bells and whistles, only a 2 minute foot massage, but economy wise. read more

I randomly decided to go to this spot YESTERDAY & I was disappointed. I rarely ever get gel, but I got it because I wanted it to last for a while. A day has passed and I see the polish chipping off and realized that it wasn't even fully painted on my nails. Again, maybe I just went on a bad day but since the nails last just about as long as other places I would most likely go elsewhere. I called on a Friday afternoon and was told they can take me right away. I love that about a place, especially on a last minute Friday squeeze-in. I was the only customer there so I did get all the attention. The service and price were great and I loved that they weren't obviously talking about you to each other. A Standard mani-pedi cost $28 plus they charged me an extra $1 because I used my debit card, which I didn't realize but was ok with. I docked a star because I'm not sure about the quality of their polishes, I picked an OPI that wouldn't dry for the life of me!! Over 1.5 hours later at home I put my closed toe shoes on to go out and was surprised and disappointed that the polish scraped off 4 of my toes!! Shouldn't it have been dry? I also noticed that the polish on two of my finger nails peeled back and scraped off. It might have been a fluke or bad polish, if I give them another chance, I might just bring my own polish next time. read more

I live in OC so I had no idea where to go for my fill when I visited my friend in the area. This was the only place that took me in for a last minute appointment Saturday morning and I was pleasantly surprised. I have to admit, I changed my mind on the design 3 times and they were very patient with me. When I apologized for my indecisiveness, she told me not to worry, "whatever you want" she said. The lady that was doing my toenails kept talking to herself which I don't mind, but then the News was on T.V. and they were talking about some Paris bombings, and the lady just kept laughing, hysterically too. It was a but unsettling, even the owner that was doing my fingernails kept giving her the stink eye in hopes she would stop. I asked the manager if she took credit card, and she gave me the dirtiest look I've ever seen and said, "yes, it will be an extra $1.00, but do you have cash for tip?" I responded with a sincere yes and asked if I could get a receipt but she said it would be another $1.00 on top of the other $1.00 to use a card. - THE FINISHED PRODUCT I chose a ruby color for both my manicure and pedicure to match my birth stoned jewelry. Both of the ladies really outdid themselves when they took care of my cuticles but fell short when shaping my nails which made them very uneven. Overall, the look was pretty basic from afar; although, I still wish the lady that did my fingernails had asked me first what shape I wanted instead of chopping off 3 weeks worth of nail growth I'm content with my nails. But this place left me in such a bad mood I had to leave a rant. *insert eye roll* First I was told to hurry while choosing my gel color, within 5 minutes of sitting down, because we would "be there all day" lol really? So i was in porter ranch on Friday desperately looking for a nail salon to get my nails done. I have this place a try because they weren't too far off. I regretted it. I went in wanting to get a pedicure and get a full set +gel manicure. Let me begin with the pedicure.... firstly the water ran hot. The girl doing my toes was very rough. She barely used the scrapper for the bottom of my heal, and she was so rough with the buffer she hurt my toes. I don't know how she managed that. And on top of it all, one of the other girls came up to me to check if my toes were dried and she touched it with her finger. HER FINGERPRINT WAA LEFT ON MT BIG TOE!!!! I called her out on it and instead of nail polish, she pushed the polish around with her freaking FINGER to fix it !!! And top Coated it!! So guess who has finger prints on her toes? Then we have the girl doing my hands while getting my pedi. Normally I'm against that. (Id rather do my full set seated at the station). Point is she did my pointer finger on my left hand crooked. I told her when she had glued on the nail and she said she would fix it along the way. I wanted my nails really short (to make them look natural). And she was able to do that very well. But my pointer remained crooked and the polish was awful. I changed my mind from gel polish to regular because of the poor job that was done. I asked how long reg polish lasts and she said 2 weeks, well buddy, 2 days after and my polish is chipped and already fading ! Not even a week after. And I paid 43$ . I left no tip, and as soon as I could, I left. Will never ever be going back ! And on top of it all, parking sucks here read more

I REALLY liked this place because how my nails turned out and they seemed friendly at first. I wanted to remove my nails to give them a break and I went in and was denied! The guy told me that she was already doing somebody's nails and it was going to take long so they couldn't do it. She was 50% done with the lady's nails and this was at 5 PM! He completely shut me out and it was literally something that could have taken 10 minutes because I had clipped my nails and dissolved them in acetone but I didn't want to damage my nails by doing myself. I will NOT be back to this location because they are really rude and lack customer service. Also some other customer arrived because she had an appointment and they took someone else and she had to wait over 45 minutes. They don't accommodate people's time that they promise, and you will never have great business that way. Maybe if they were more organized they would have more business. read more
