Finding it was pretty easy and there is lots of plenty of parking. I booked my appointment in advance with Kel. As I arrived i was greeted by a lady who worked there and was told to sign in. The wait was not long at all. Right when I say down I was up. The salon is like any other salon. There are multiple stations and etc. I absolutely love the work done on my hair. It was my first time doing a silk press in years and Kel really did a great job. The wash and shampoo was through. They weren't rough on my 4c hair so that was nice. Overall the process took maybe an hour and half. Everyone's experience will be different based on the stylist of course. Overall I enjoyed my experience and would go back.

It was a long story and entirely my fault. While the front desk girl was nice and polite the stylist gave me the stink face the entire time. Would not crack a smile once, and the vibes eminating off of her were hostile at best. I understand she was disappointed to lose a slot on a Saturday but she should not be sitting near the front desk if she can't control her face. After a horrible week I decided to eat the charge because the thought of having her near my hair was enough to make me never want to go back.

I'm so happy I did. The lady that washed my hair was amazing and I just melted in her hands. My head was massaged and I feel like the wash was well done. My scalp was happy! I was lucky to have Andy cut my hair. The reviews on his art was good so I was surprised to find out he was the stylist that took care of me. He did such a great job. I can't thank him enough for giving me a wonderful birthday hair cut. The charges were reasonable and worth every dollar. It was also the most tip I've given to any stylist. I came in and explained my concerns (being treated like every other natural) and Nicole explained her process and asked questions before beginning. I truly appreciate that. I didn't go into a salon and leave with a sore scalp. I have very tight coils and my hair has been combed with small tooth combs that yank my fine coils. It is also wrung out which causes serious tangles. This is why I opt not to wear my hair in natural styles. Based on her ratings, I decided to give this shop a try. Nicole is gentle while effective. My hair is naturally black and I get red highlights. Wendy does my highlights without ever bleaching my hair! I also have frizzy hair that is very hard to manage, and getting the keratin treatment has made my life easier on a daily basis and my hair is extremely healthy. I get compliments all the time! The salon I went to was huge and lots of assistants had their hands on my head/applying chemicals etc. at this salon it is 2 sisters and they are METICULOUS. These girls understand the chemistry of hair color and the biology of good hair. Not to mention very artistic with color application. My last dye job was so bad the color was running in the bowl. These girls undid the damage so beautifully. Went layer by layer and adjusted the color as necessary. Got rid of the orange and put in a nice auburn. I'm not sure how to add before and after photos but they have them. These sisters know what they are doing and they have earned my business for life. PS Nina showed me how uneven my previous cut was, which I had not noticed before. Because the old stylist had flipped the ends when blow drying it, I could not really see the layers. Nina however, with a few snips gave me an incredible haircut. Small change just evened out one layer, which had just been cut at the old salon. but the whole head of hair lay much much better afterwards. Watching them work was impressive.
