I called on a Saturday and usually most places are extremely busy and booked for weeks out. The receptionist was able to schedule me today since there was an cancellation. I come in and the place is beautiful, clean and quiet. You can tell they take pride in their presentation and they had customers coming in and out which let me know people were pleased. Jessica was the one who did my facial, I decided to get the dermabrasion to help with some scarring and discoloration I was having. Jessica was extremely profesional and knowledgable about what was best for my skin. She took her time and actually made this session so relaxing that I actually went to sleep, LOL! It was so peaceful and the rooms are set up to make you feel rested and comfortable. The sessions are about an hour and you can instantly see the improvements. I also suspect them to be using illegal monomer and i will be reporting them. My nails had a strange fruity odor and the product they used burned and itched. I did care for my lashes with Brandi's instructions and the 10 cent brush she sent home with me... The pictures I posted are in fact Brandis work! The lashes I got from the nail salon actually looked a million times better than the ones I got from your salon. And to set you straight, I was not offered for you to fix my problem.. In fact, the salon owner was extremely rude, lied to get me down to the salon and proceed to tell me she left her eyelash remover at home and its my own fault my lashes look the way they do, even after 4 days, not even full days technically... Then they tell me to go home and removed my lashes with olive oil, which took hours and was extremely uncomfortable. After talking with other salons in Colorado Springs, they are amazed a "Pueblos Best" salon would give me that kind of guidance.. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Flying back and forth to Florida just to have my lashes done is a bit ridiculous. I will admit I was hesitant to have my lashes done for the first time by someone else, but I am glad that someone was Sirena. She knows what she is doing, super sweet, good at explaining her craft, & very efficient.
