Changing my review to one star because they sliced my pinky open with the drill bit and then immediately put nail glue in the cut without my permission. I also suspect them to be using illegal monomer and i will be reporting them. My nails had a strange fruity odor and the product they used burned and itched. Despite cutting me i still gave them another chance and when they were removing my previous acrylic they chipped it off with a cuticle cutter instead of soaking it off, while doing so they cut me AGAIN. This is when i knew they were using illegal product because they did not want to soak my nails off and opted for chopping away at my hand resulting in another injury. I will NEVER step foot in this business again. read more

They use cheap products, the nail tech made my nails so thin they started breaking the day after I got them done and the chrome finish I paid extra for started peeling right away. Angelo did a great job on my mani pedi. He took his time. 2 1/2 hours. This was the second time I was there. First time I heard employees or owner berating a female employee. He yelled at her because she could not get gel off without hurting the customer. Also called the employee fat. This time I asked for her. She no longer works there. I live in Boston and decided to get my nails done today. I had a very good experience three years ago by a different nail technician. Today not so much! The nail technician that filledand cut my nails cut them too short. I do not like them! I paid $95.00 for a gel fill, gel on my toes nails, and a eyebrow wax. I got ripped off! I asked her to cut a little bit off of my nails. Not cut them as short as she did! She was also very rude and rushed filing them. I felt really uncomfortable, and did not say anything because she was so abrupt! On a good note, Michael polished and filled my nails and did a good job. As someone who is always looking for the next best nail place since moving here, I can say with certainty that I won't return here. The nail tech barely acknowledged me the whole time, except to ask if I wanted my nails cut shorter. She spoke perfect English, but was more interested in gossiping with the tech next to her. The color selection was slim, and my polish is already peeling off only a couple days later. I spent an extra $13 on paraffin wax, and got 4-5 minutes in plastic bags with no massage or anything, just a little cuticle oil at the end. Seems like a VERY cliquey place... If they know you, you get five start treatment but if you're a walkin they do the bare minimum, or send you to the newest/worst tech. Not a good way to get return clients!! read more

They were all very rude & we spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out prices when they already told us how much it would be over the phone. Finally we got someone to do our nails , they were all very sloppy & not what we wanted. We will never return here ... We wasted too much money & time for something so disappointing. I don't get a pedicure very often, perhaps twice a year... The last pedicure I got was late last summer 2016. I had a dark pink polish color applied. Since my feet have not been exposed all winter I haven't had another pedicure. I also had not removed what was left of the polish until today. YIKES!!! Both large toe nails appear to have a fungal infection. The nail is thickened and yellowed at both tips and about 1/4 inch into the length of the nails. I have never had a fungus and since there is nowhere I could have picked this up, no spa or barefoot walking, I would direct my attention to my pedicure at Lady Nails. I always worried about the cleanliness at this place and now I have a fungus!!! Ugh! read more

Went in for a French manicure on a Thursday afternoon. I was happy when I was helped almost immediately because I didn't have an appointment. My nail tech unfortunately didn't totally take off my nail polish from a previous visit and the polish from this visit is lumpy. The white on my tips doesn't reach to the edge of my nail, there was top coat gel collected on my cuticles and bubbles on some nails. I was in Pueblo visiting some family and we decided to stop in Lady Nails for manis and pedis. The salon is quite large with the reception area and nail stations in front and an area in the back for the pedicures; there was also a separate room where they wax. With the pedicure chairs in the back room, it was nice and relaxing. We had such a blast with Hilary and Tommy, they did a really nice job on our pedis and gel manis (we splurged on the deluxe pedicures)! Today stopped by without an appointment and was told they would be able to get me in for a pedicure in about 15 min. 20 minutes later (after waiting) told they were too busy to get me in........the time before I stopped in and 30-45 minute wait.....the first time I went it was right after they opened. It is unfair to judge or rate the technicians as my greatest concern is with Steve, the Manager. He has clearly not had a great deal of leadership training which takes away from the skill set of the technicians. I had made reservations for an appointment on a Thursday for two pedicures and a set of nails. I received a PC Wednesday Evening stating that the tech had "overbooked" and could not meet our time constraints. I made another apt for Thursday with a different Tech. We arrived at the scheduled time, waiting 25 minutes. When I complained they placated me with putting out feet in luke warm water assuring me a tech would be "right with you." Thirty minutes later I went back to the front and complained and Steve, The Manager got involved letting me know that this is not his issue and trying to make excuses for our wait with an appointment time we had scheduled! He then spent the remainder of the time talking to two other technicians about the technician that was late and who I am gathering started this spiral of events. We have used this business for five years and always have to wait 30 minutes or more, so my displeasure was slowly growing. But to hear other staff and the Manager talk about one another was the final straw. They will no longer receive any business from myself or my family. read more
