No mention of final sale at checkout either. This means that every purchase on Black Friday was final sale. No changing minds, returning of gifts that don't fit, etc. Beware shopping at this store.

She was very unfriendly and after I quickly selected a random candle, she still did not explain that the rest of the return was in the form of a gift card which she had thrown into the bag without telling me. I turned to the person in line behind me and gave them the gift card. I am assuming that most of the customers are from out of town and that a gift card would not only be inconvenient but would probably not get used. The shop is cute and has nice things, but I would not recommend it to anyone. Maybe some training on customer service would also be worthwhile for the staff.
