This is the closest place to get my eyebrows threaded, so I've been here a couple times. Well, they are more expensive than other places. I know, South Tampa tax. But also, while they do take credit card, if the owner is there, she'll try to pressure you into paying cash or using Zelle. Not a huge deal, but it feels a little tax-evade-y. Also, they are big into upselling. This is a good place to go if I need my eyebrows done in a rush, but if I have time to drive a bit farther, I'd rather go elsewhere.

They were completely non-understanding and insisted on charging me the full price of the appointment. They showed absolutely no willingness to compromise for what was going on in my schedule, and just made it all about getting their $$$. Will never be booking with this place again! Also - a word of caution about all the 5* reviews - after my first appointment I was offered a discount on my next booking if I left a 5* review and specifically mentioned the brow tech by name. The procedure itself wasn't bad, it took about 2 hours and Dina does everything she can to make sure you are comfortable. I went to Hien for an eyebrow wax/tint and she recommended an eyebrow lamination as well. Unsure of what it was, Hien thoroughly explained the process and the expected outcome. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and walked me through each step. Eyebrow wax, tint and lamination took about 1 hour and 15 minutes with consultation.
