I requested for my head and feet to be elevated as that was a better position for me. Jenn was very knowledgeable, hands were soft and gentle. She explained each step as she went along. It included cleansing the skin, custom mask, light extractions, contouring, microcurrent tool and oxygen spray that left my skin feeling extremely hydrated. I did not feel rushed at all it was 80 mins of pure bliss! After facial they have product recommendations which is right there if you wanted to purchase.
