I walked into the shop and was directed to go talk to Ku'u'lei..... She was very kind and understanding to my needs. She suggested using a leave-in conditioner, cutting it in layers to make it look fuller, and drying it differently. While she was cutting my hair, I was serenaded by her fabulous voice singing a plethora of Diana Ross tunes! Once finished with the cut, she massaged my neck and shoulders, and I almost fell asleep, as it was so relaxing! My cut is fabulous, and you can be sure I will be back!
