We don't trust them to touch her hair again and are so disappointed. At this point she's afraid adding anymore chemicals will damage her hair more, despite them saying otherwise. The woman was kind and she was kind in return, especially with her daughter there; however this doesn't make up for mutilating her hair. Sometimes people need to be able to say this is not our best and we messed up, sadly that did not happen. They even tried to convince her this was similar to the picture requested, which is laughable. Best of luck to the ladies there. And beater luck to those of you going to your hair done!

It's school season, but somehow I found a back to back appt with the amazing Tricia for me & my 14yr old stepson, but don't be discouraged if your time isn't available, it's worth the wait. We w're in desperate need of a haircut/makeover. The summer had not been kind to our hair. We were pleasantly greeted by Jess (I'm sorry if I got that wrong), who offered coffee, tea or water. They had snacks (good snacks too) & wifi password at the ready. Kid got his hair chopped first & I mean chopped, he was a new person. He was comfortable & communicative with Tricia, which, teenager, says a lot! Go just based on that. He was thrilled with his haircut, an honest ear to ear smile. Tricia took her time, did Exactly what he asked & gave him suggestions & some direction. Next, me, dry, brittle, middle-aged hair, that's sad, flat, grey, & lifeless (life lol). I spewed out all the things I hated about my hair & what I wanted, "please help me". Tricia helped me. I love my cut. She listened and suggested, but never pressured. The salon was clean & organized. The other stylists were just as helpful & pleasant. I was comfortable there. The price is comparable to other salons in the area, if anything, a bit less expensive then I was expecting for 2 cuts, shampoo & style. Please do not forget to tip. This should not be an uncomfortable topic. We live in the US, we tip to show our appreciation & gratitude. These folks have over-head, but still need a living wage, their time is worth something just as much as yours. The highlights were poorly done, not light snd bright and because my hair is thick some are not even visible! 2 shampoos later and I am upset because I am going on vacation next week and came in specially to get bright highlights put in. They also did corrective color on reddish color that was put on by a previous salon. The red still came thru after a few washes. Looking for a better salon in another area. The only good thing I can say is my haircut was okay and they took off charges for the horrible mess they made out of my hair.
