I have to say it was the worst experiences I've ever had. The two lash girls were across the room from each other and screaming and laughing hysterically. I had taken a 4 am flight and had to be up at 2:30 am that day and was super exhausted. She lead a 2 hour conversation screaming in my face and across the room laughing as if I wasn't even there. It was so unprofessional and every time she screamed across the room it would startle me or make me jump and her loud voice was ear piercing. They even made some inappropriate comments about Asians and the coronavirus. I can tell you that the Asian lash places don't scream and yell in your face to each other across the room. They are very caring of your space and allow you to sleep within the time you are there getting your lashes filled. To top it off the lashes were super thin and had no volume and looked like she did absolutely nothing. I even tipped her 15% which I don't feel she deserved. I would hope in the future they would have more common courtesy and not yell and scream in clients faces when they are offering a service so intimate and close.The girl was also very abrasive. She did not offer a mirror or ask how I liked them or if she could do anything else. She even saw I would fall asleep then become startled and shake and she continued to scream and yell across the room. No professionalism and no care. I would not recommend this place.
