Also, when I was getting my nails done they hit my cutical and side of finger a little on several fingers and it hurt. I don't know if this is normal though, since its my first time getting powder nails. Very professional end product overall considering I would classify powder nails as an artform after getting them and I'm sure the employees are paid minimum wage, but overall rating 3.5 stars still because of the other problems.... and for someone struggling herself, its very expensive. Sorry, I understand the hypocracy here... I want people to be paid fairly too, but it is hard to justify if I was considering getting them even semi frequently. And then you have to consider you have to have them professionally removed or filled in if you want them to look good or are on the job hunt and need to look professional. Customer service was pretty great and they were friendly... but my mom has done her nails over and over and she said hygeine wasn't the best there... again, first timer, so I didn't notice but something to keep in mind i guess? sorry for the bad rating. I am actually really happy with the service and nails but I have to be honest with the other aspects. The decorations around the store were really pretty and they have a martini bar. My mom wasn't super happy with her end product eyebrows, I think she was under the impression she was getting skin dye for her eyebrows but it was simply a brow dye, so commication maybe could have been better, though maybe it could have been on my moms end, it would nice to have proactive communication when recieving a service. Additionaly nitpick that may be universal to nail places is that the smell of the nails while getting them done was hard to tolerate, and some of the employees seemed absent minded while doing the nails. Even so, my nails turned out great and it didn't bother me, but if this is something that bothers you I thought id mention it. Anyways, I am happy with the service and will be back, if in the area again. Thank you!

All I had really decided was that I wanted a fill with a lighter color, and asked if I could try the dip powder fill. He said yes of course, and asked if I likes the ombré colors, and asked my favorite colors. David proceeded to amaze me with this pink and white ombré nail that looks so natural and very pretty. We had good conversation, the equipment was clean, and he was very nice. Squeezed in a pedicure afterwards and had a very positive experience. My nails are beautiful, very pleased.
