Her response was" do you know what day it is....it's family day...it's Sunday why would I be open". I did not continue with the conversation. A couple of comments, have your website reflect you are closed on Sunday and/or do you not answer the business phone. The person who answered the phone was rude. A business should never answer the phone with just a hello the business name should always be stated. Very poor customer service.

Within 20-25 mins,I was obsessed with this one wig & had to have it. She said "this wig you picked,is quite expensive & I have others that will be comparable but cheaper"!I asked her too look up the price but $300 later,it was mine! Lol That was my budget since I already did my research before walking in anyway! This place is super old school & hasn't changed much since she took over in 88'! HUGE SELECTION & idk any other place in town that is comparable!! She herself handles each wig & puts them on for you so that's why appts are so important! That's also why,when she has walk ins it's hard to cater to more then a couple people at a time.She may come off as rude or snobbish but let's face it people,you either take the time to understand someone or you don't! I have an advantage here because I'm a guy in a dress & I know what it feels like to be misunderstood! Ok so yes,maybe she should hire someone else but then again she's been doing this for 28yrs so it is what it is! Not everyone has to conform to succeed!! I will be customizing my wig but ultimately I could keep it the same & still be in love. I did my research on this beforehand so I knew the basics of what I wanted(lace front,past my shoulders & light wave/curl)! The lace front gives you a more realistic hairline/part & I wanted long/wavey because my natural hair is short/straight! Since it's not full lace allover,it's really thick but this allows me to have it thinned out just enough to my happiness lol.I'm also gonna de shine it a bit so it looks more realistic.Dry shampoo usually does the trick but I'm gonna do further research beforehand just to make sure!! Speaking of research,DO IT!! Lol.. it not only helps her but most importantly helps YOU!! Summing It Up: Be patient,do your research,call ahead at least but appts are best unless you know exactly what you want. It's best to take the time with her instead of just picking one out because there's no refunds or exchanges(most wig stores policy)! Even if it's just for fun on occasion,why not be in love with it for a lifetime??! She's not pushy nor will she try to sell you something just to make $$!! Making an appt helps more customers leave satisfied & to stay that way but it also helps her business long term=can anyone say 28+ yrs later?! I gave a tip for the original price, not the discount price When she was done 3 hours later even spending time "Tweaking" them, she was satisfied with her work I looked at them and was shocked by their appearance. They WERE SQUARE! I said rounded in front, tail at end, thin in middle. Now, I'm too old (Just turned 70) for the "Hugh" big DARK eyebrows like our younger generation, I wanted them to fit my smaller framed face and light to match my hair. On my way to my NEXT appointment, I looked in my mirror and thought well " IT IS WHAT IT IS" How can you fix a tattoo I called her immediately and she didn't answer the phone. I left a message about how my eyebrows turned out and can I come back and have them repaired. NO ANSWER, NO CALL BACK. I called 2 times and afterwards and she finally sent me a text to say she will fix them in 2 weeks when I come back for a touch up. Again, Ok...I had to go to my hair stylist BERTINE anyway. When I got to her, she stared at me and I said I KNOW how bad they look, I just got them done. She said, *Oh no Honey* These do not look good on you, Go back and have these fixed now. I told her she wouldn't answer the phone. Now, Bertine (My awesome beautiful, talented stylist) usually calls me BEAUTIFUL EVERY SINGLE TIME, This time she said "honey" ??? Bertine has always been straight forward with me AND to all of her clients. YES, the SAME client that was after me in Inkology What are the odds on that They started talking about ME Bertine says: l feel so bad about her, (ME) (she told me this afterwards) AND, this client says, I just SAW her, (ME) and she looks awful. (Boo hoo to me) Have I said this many times, It's all about me, YES! NOW,The client proceeds to tell "Inkology" that she did a terrible job on, yes, ME! Client does NOT know me.) "Inkology" says: YES, I KNOW!!! She KNOWS? WHAAAT WTH (eck)? She KNEW but didn't say anything???? She could have HELPED me out right there and then!!! The client says: I have a friend who is a makeup artist and I think she can help her. Bertine calls the makeup artist and tells her of my woes. The "Artist" tells Bertine a process she can do because the ink was still fresh Bertine called me and said to come back in and she will work on my " Woolly brows" *Up North, in the winter, certain worms produce these huge black ugly coats around them. Hence, "Woolly worms"* ( you should see my sad face right now) Side note, You can fix? Tattoo's? Who has ever heard of that? AGAIN, After working on my eyebrows for an hour of excruciating pain, (NOW, don't forget I just had the eyebrows tattooed 3 hours before this) Side note; I've always had a high tolerance for pain, but, now I'm a sissy lala? OML ord, The not ending yet of this woe review, I've had 2 procedures to FIX them SO FAR. The makeup Artist said we have up to a week to get this repaired, then I'm youknowwhat... No swearing Bertine, (Plug again for Bertine who owns the "Establishment" I have 3 more (short) days to fix this problem.
