And was also a little anxious because I wear hearing aids, take them out when getting a haircut and had a stylist once (at a different location no where near here!) in which i couldn't hear and it ruined the whole experience. My mom made an appointment online for me, originally with nicole. On Saturday, and a little annoying because I was at work, and thank goodness I had time to answer my phone, but the receptionist danielle called me and said that Nicole no longer works there, but can switch to Margaret. I said sure and that was that. Now because I was at work, I don't understand why she could have just changed that via their website or via a text. Just some feedback. Anyways, First time in this Salon, walked in and had to wait a while to get checked in. Finally someone came and checked me in. She was pleasant. Then after a few minute Margaret came out and gave me a warm welcome. My mom was also there, but as moral support and as support for my hard of hearing, as she told her about it. She seemed to understand because she spoke loud enough where I can hear. And told her exactly what I wanted, which was a trim (about 3 inches), and what kind of style i wanted. First Margaret Dry cut it, then we shampooed and conditioned, then cut again, and dried the hair in a wavy pattern that looked straight. however, I absolutely loved my new look for the day. Price was 67.00, now on their website it does say haircuts are $40.00 and the add ons like shampoo and blowout add cost to it. But anyways, I think it was a reasonable price. Paid via credit card and left a cash tip. Would definitely be back again at the Jonas Salon! Thanks Margaret for a beautiful haircut!

No follow up on her part, to which I would expect from a business owner. Requested classic set, was given hybrid. Being that I now go to another lash place, to compare services, I'm always given a fresh mat to lay my head on, and the new tech always uses rubbing alcohol on hands prior to touching my face/eyes, Ms Lydia did neither. Others seem happy with her service, sadly I don't recommend.

I did have to wait about 15 min. for services, but I can understand they run behind occasionally so I was patient. Noelle was friendly, patient and very personable. After reviewing the photos ofstyles of cuts I showed her on my phone she proceeds to give me a treatment of gloss and then cut and blow dry hair. I was pleased with cut, but not blown away. It was basically same cut I came in with and not a new and exciting style I had hoped to leave with! I was happy but just ok. Salon was definitely about a 3, not upscale at all to me. It's in a strip mall, no luxuries to speak of! Cut was 55, gloss 25 tip 10! In and out! $ 90 about 45 minutes! Four stars! My husband was disappointed! We were looking for that. "Great New Look"!
