Even prior to my visit, I received excellent care. I wasn't able to answer their call to set an appointment since I was in a meeting, the office left a message saying this would be the only call to me. Of course I didn't call back the same day since I get side tracked easily, so they did call me again 2 days later and we set an appointment. I was told that I would receive a paperwork package prior to my visit. I did receive it and it was extensive, lots of information to fill out. On the other hand, when my appointment time came, I was immediately greeted, asked for my paperwork package and my insurance card. She verified my name, address, birthday and such. Took all but a minute. Then I was invited to have a seat and wait to be called, which happened in less than 2 minutes. I was led to one of the little exam rooms and prepared myself for a wait, but nope, the doc was there before I could even take out my phone to play a game. The exam chair is a bit lower than you may be used to since the physician uses a wheelchair. Also all the doors are sliding doors, pretty cool actually. Anyway, Dr. Bridge is a very friendly, thorough, knowledgable man and most importantly patient, because I tend to be a hot mess when at a medical facility. He managed to answer all my quesations, examine every weird spot on my body that I could come up with and was awfully quick to ice off a couple of them. Did it all with a smile on his face. Kudos. A prescription was ordered and I actually had an alert about my new prescription from my pharmacy before I made it out the office. I didn't have to wait on check out, I was told the office had all the information they needed. I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes and was amazed. This office runs like a very well oiled machine and the doc himself is great.

When I moved to Indiana I did major research to find a lash artist that did russian volume. I am always very picky about who I chose to make me look and feel great, from hair, nails and now lashes. I did my research and the only person I felt most comfortable with and trusted was Maria. First off she's passionate about what she's doing and you can tell it makes her feel good when you feel good about her work. Second, her work speaks volumes (pun intended). Lash retention is an important factor and I had to go a bit longer than usual in between fills my first time getting it done with her, and it was GREAT. Third, in order for me to have retained my lashes for this long was also due to her educating me on how to care for them! All this aligns with someone who is going to take care of you and knows what they are doing. I used to get super long lashes and my lash girls never REALLY told me the importance of caring for them and how to do so until Maria. We discussed the best length and curl for my eyes and health of my lashes, in the end I am 10x more satisfied because she took the time to walk me through it and help me understand. Lastly, outside of being a passionate and knowledgable person about lashes, she is also a wonderful, vibrant and ambitious woman! Rather than attempting to have a conversation about the treatment she is prescribing, she gives you "generalized" papers that appears as though they were just copied from a book. The patient is pressed quickly for payment and feels rushed out of the office. Voicemails (questions) and online questions go unanswered. It makes the patient feel unvalued and unimportant. I have never seen any office staff or other patients in the office while I am there. Seems very odd. She has had conversations with her vendors/computer providers with me in her office. She was very pushy to the point of being extremely rude, not to mention a waste of my time. While I value her expertise in her field, I cannot continue to go to her. She doesn't know how to run a medical practice, which is sad, given her obvious knowledge of her subject matter.
