I'm sad to be adding another negative review for Lulu/Align Aesthetics. TLDR; yet another repeated cancellation/no call no show experience with this business. I purchased a 9 session Groupon and teeth whitening service through Lulu (formerly Beauty by Lulu Marie). After purchasing, I read dozens of horror stories of no calls no shows, excuses and frequent rescheduling, and no refunds or support from the business nor Groupon. I even tried to cancel my purchase. When unable, I decided to give it a try. I actually was able to do a few sessions with Lulu. In person, she is kind and personable. She remembered conversations from session to session and seemed to care. I can't say I saw results from the services (laser lipo) and did notice some neglect during sessions (left to get food, leaving tools on and leaving the room until they turned off, and tools burned my skin and left welts). Two weeks ago, I had a 2pm appt on the weekend that I scheduled during that week. I texted multiple times to confirm the time (a practice I was religious about after reading reviews) and did not get a reply until less than an hour before the start time saying she never saw my appointment and was not in the salon. Thankfully that time I had not yet started driving. Sadly, today it all came to a head. I had a longstanding 5:30 appointment before an event to use a laser lipo session and use my teeth whitening session. At 3:34pm, Lulu texted saying she had a cancellation and asked if I could come in early. I said I had another appointment across town before and would try to get there as soon as possible. Mind you, today there were unprecedented thunder storms during this time. I did not hear back from Lulu, so I drove 40 minutes across town in the pouring rain to my appointment and arrived on time. When I arrived, the lights were off and both doors were locked. I knocked each door multiple times. I texted both the business and Lulu's personal number. I then began calling her incessantly to get a response. Over 10 minutes of this, she texts me saying that her sons school called her with a bug bite and proceeds to send a photo. Please recall that she texted me at 3:34 (likely after school got out) to move up my appointment. Knowing the similar excuses of other Google reviews, I kindly explained that while I'd love to give the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately the pattern of behavior was inexcusable. In addition to these reviews and contacting Groupon, I did file a report with building management. Hopefully others do not get to experience this disappointment and frustration. read more

Avoid!!! I had appt at noon. Got there and Lulu said she messed up scheduling and could I come back at 1:15. I did so. Place was dark and locked up. Texted her. No response. Called her. No response. What kind of person operates like this?? read more

AVOID this place- please read the reviews. I was asked to come in early by Lulu to help her out with a personal situation. I rearranged my schedule to come in early and the business was closed. No answer on RING, no answer from voice mail left and no response to texts. Very unprofessional. read more

I recently made an appointment for a lymphatic drainage massage and it was set up for 5pm on Tuesday. I showed up, had my appointment with LuLu and it was Ahhh-mazing! She did my massage with the wood therapy and the results were crazy. I came in looking bloated as ever and when I left, it looked like I lost 10lbs. Lulu was great. She's very personable, knowledgeable and just has great energy. I'm telling all of you ladies now... give this place a try! You won't regret it!! read more

Lulu, is not reliable. She rescheduled 8 time for my hair removals. In addition, she did not call or show up for the appointment twice.

Lulu is not reliable, bought a Groupon for six sessions and can't even get in to see her! She has rescheduled my appointment multiple times. I sat outside waiting over an hour for my scheduled appointment, Lulu was a no call and no show. I had called several times and texted serval times no response. Her voicemail mailbox is always full. I was diagnosed with PCOS and placed on bc. Both PCOS and the side effects of bc causes me to gain excessive weight. Over the last three months, I have gained a tremendous amount of weight and have not been able to lose it, even with dieting and exercising. It made me lose my confidence. I refused to let anyone see or touch my body, until I met Zee. She had posted a video of body sculpting and the results looked practical and amazing. I had to inquire about it. After talking with Zee, I decided to try it. My first time coming to the suite, Zee immediately knew who I was and helped me get situated. She was extremely professional and kind. She walked me through the process, answered all my questions and concerns and talked about ideal goals and tangible ways to obtain it. She was realistic in a positive way. The process itself was stunning. It didnt hurt, and I got almost immediate results after the first session. The bloating went away and by the time we were done, my pants literally felt looser. I felt so much confidence after just the first session. It has been 3 days since then, and I am still feeling a lot more confident than I did before coming in, and my stomach is still looking flatter than it has been before. Of course, Zee reminds me that eating healthy and exercising helps the process. I loved it there. Will finish my body sculpting sessions and recommend others. Tldr: I highly recommend Beauty by LuluMarie and booking with Zee. Fat is down and confidence is high. read more

Lulu and Zee are so nice. Lulu the owner is knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. The results of the body calvatation have been amazing and really are noticeable after 2 sessions. I highly recommend to at least try it you will see results. Prices are good too. read more
