Ideal Image has a policy that if you don't pay, you get locked out of their system. I have paid in full for laser and arrived at my appointment for LASER and was denied because my other services were not paid in full. The 'other' services is cool sculpting for which I financed on my credit card. My credit card was compromised the day before at the same time the company tried taking payment. The laser services were paid in full and I should still receive those services regardless if other services have been paid or not. This place is a scam. Not one time did anyone share that information with me and when I called the corporate office to complain, the sales representative yelled at me. I am disappointed with the Laser Contract I signed with this company, as they continually have to reschedule appointments, resulting in fewer appointments and treatments that I can receive within the timeframe of my 16 month contract. This is HORRIBLE, because you need to stay on a schedule to have permanent hair removal with laser. I am being shorted the number of appointments I can have, as this is the 5th cancellation-postponement. I have always kept my appointments, showing up early. A good gesture for this company when they postpone an appointment, would be to extend the contract double the time of the new appointment. For example, they just called to cancel my appointment, and cannot reschedule me for 3 weeks (i.e. That is 75% of the time I need to wait until my next appointment!), so they should extend my contract by 6 weeks. I would NOT recommend getting laser treatment at Ideal Image unless contract terms extend their 16-month contract terms double the time of the new appointment. read more

I just made my final payment on my laser hair removal for my chin, upper lip and around mouth. i am almost 3 months post my final treatment. (Which lasted 16 months) Lucky I still have good tweezers and razor. The team was extremely nice, but I expected better results. Some guy from another country called me and I had to wait to talk to someone else on the phone, then I was like "I have been waiting to get on this consultation and I have 15 minutes left before my next meeting, can you please just send me the zoom link? Based on a recommendation from a friend (who had been there multiple times), I schedule a consult to see what my options were for my concerns - lips that had lost volume, frown line (elevens), and the start of jowls. Consult was with Tina, who I assumed would know the best options to combat those three little issues. Tina assured me these were all really easy fixes, that I would see results in a 7-10 days time. She explained my best option was to for filler for lips (which I figured), 20 units of Xeomin for my frown lines (again no surprise) and for the jowls I would need cheek filler. Being that I was under the assumption my consultation was with a professional, who was telling me my best options, I came to terms with having to get more than just lip filler. EXCEPT, it was explained at my second appointment, that my consult wasn't with a professional who does this for a living, it was with a sales person, who has zero medical experience. I had a consult with someone who didn't give two flying plucks about what was be best for me or what would provide the best outcome. Not only that, I was swindled into thinking that for me to schedule an appointment, I had to be approved to use their "billing service", which ultimately is a line of credit. My understanding was that the line of credit was just an option, but I could still pay cash for everything at my appointment. Wrong - at my appointment I found out that everything was charged to the line of credit... a week BEFORE my appointment for the service. Moving onto the appointment - Tina told me all three treatments would be done during one appointment, so I didn't have to worry about going out with any bruising. The appointment available was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, which was perfect since I would have 5 days off. Fast forward to my appointment, once I got to there and in the treatment room I found out my appointment was scheduled incorrectly and it was scheduled for only ONE of the THREE services I was supposed to be getting. The front desk said they were able to squeeze me in on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, so I had to drive an hour back there on Friday to have the other two procedures (fillers) done. On Friday, I was told about the other option that should have been suggested during my consult - Ultherapy, for my jowl line. Being that I didn't want a bunch of filler in my face and had never heard about, it, I asked if we could cancel the cheek filler, as the Ultherapy sounded as though it would provided better results, but I wanted to investigate it a bit more and read some reviews. I asked the cost and was told it was going to be about $1600 for that service alone, which was $800 more than what I was originally quoted for the cheek filler which was $861. They canceled the cheek filler and I said I would let them know on Monday, when they called to check on my lips, if I wanted to schedule the appointment for the Ultherapy,. On Monday, I called them instead of waiting because I had two items to discuss... first was about the lip filler I just had done on Friday - the swelling had gone down by Saturday evening and my lips looked no different than when I walked in there on Friday. They seemed surprised and said it must be because it was my first time, but would have the nurse call me about it on Tuesday, as she was off on Mondays. The second item was in regards to canceling the cheek filler. I asked if they could send me a receipt showing me they refunded the cheek filler, as I would be waiting to schedule the Ultherapy after Christmas. She said she would ask the nurse about that too and they would get back to me on Tuesday. On Tuesday, the nurse called and said I needed to come back in for another treatment to my lips in two weeks. That it was unusual but being that it was my first service and not even half a unit was used, I may need a little more. after being transferred to the front desk to schedule the "two week" appointment, I was told, the cheek filler would not be refunded as they don't refund any service - even if it wasn't received, but they would credit the cheek filler to pay for a unit of lip filler and 19 units of Xeomin - as the nurse said I need a lip flip for the lip filler to work. Still shocked, I realized the only option I had was to use the "credit" towards my lips. I asked what time was available in two weeks - I was given an appointment on January 26th - TWO MONTHS after my initial appointment (11.26.2023). I called back thinking wow, I must have wrote it down wrong - NOPE - I was told I have to wait TWO MONTHS to have a service I schedule to have completed a month before after my wedding, which I wanted to look my best for. Nope, I have to wait TWO MONTHS and it will be done AFTER my wedding. Two months doesn't follow their own "after care" instructions for touch ups. read more

The cool sculpting I had was unprofessional and cold, only instructions given were to drink water and change my diet. To begin, I have been receiving laser treatments for approximately 4 years from a well trained family physician. Outside of fine hair growth, the hair on my face is completely gone but I usually get touch ups every 4 months. I relocated and wanted to try Ideal Image, absolutely terrible idea. My virtual consultation today began great, Barbara D. was my representative and she began by listening and appeared to understand my concerns . However when we got to the billing portion, I expressed to her that the sessions I'd be paying each month for , far outweighed the number of times I needed. She attempted to find single session pricing and we both agreed that wouldn't be a good idea. So I asked if there was any other way we could get a package with fewer sessions or a shorter time span than 16months. She continued to emphasize that I would not have to use all of the sessions that are recommended in the 16month program which I completely understood. My main concern was Paying monthly (anywhere from 50-120$) for treatments that I may only use quarterly. When I continued to nicely ask follow up questions, she got more and more frustrated and starting huffing and puffing in the phone. Not until then did she explain where my 2000$ quote had come from which she claims is based on the brand of laser , the type of provider (Nurse Practitioners) ,etc. I am a Masters level nursing student and would gladly pay for quality care so I wanted her to understand that those details were okay but I did not want to pay for unused sessions. After her continued lack of professionalism , I expressed to her that I would be seeking service elsewhere and appreciated her time. She practically hung up the zoom call before I was finished. I feel that I got a good deal on my laser hair removal services. You do have to haggle with them to get a realistic price though. I have always been seen promptly and the staff is very friendly. Unlike the other reviews, I really like all the nurses who work there. They are super sweet and professional. They keep you talking during the procedure and do their best to distract you from the pain. They are very fit attractive women so maybe that is perceived as stuck up? Idk.... Moral of my story is that I have had the complete opposite experience than the other reviews on this location and I recommend them to others all the time. read more

Went on website to look into prices for laser hair removal. They don't list them in their website so you have to fill out information about yourself and they contact you- I got a call within the hour. Then an email when I didn't answer the call. I called back and they wanted me to come in the same day for a consultation. Again- could not even give me a ballpark estimate on price. So I go to the consultation and they say their current deal is 70% off-but still $800 for a small area. I say I need to think about it and was told I would be called in a few days. A few days go by and I call to say "let's do this". I was told I would receive a contract via email that afternoon. That was 4 days ago and haven't heard a thing back. I went to this location a couple years ago to get a Brazilian done and everything was great for maybe a year or year and a half and it started growing back. Even though the hair comes back thinner I still think it was a complete waste of $2000+ for me. When I signed up for this the person told me this was permanent hair removal.....definitely wouldn't say permanent and definitely wouldn't have done it if I knew it would come back. I had one laser hair removal service and experienced an awful, severe skin reaction that was not solved by allergy medication. My doctor advised to not continue laser hair removal. It has been one month since initially contacting the clinic and the corporate office to try and cancel my agreement due to a legitimate medical issue. They are quick to take your money but are painfully slow in trying to resolve cancelations. I have been bounced around many times, one of the managers is no longer employed and apparently my clinic level case was lost in transit because no one looked at this person's cases. The corporate representative advised the corporate level case would be faster but I'm still pulling teeth to try and get this resolved. Had I not had a reaction, or if they were quick to resolve my case, my experience would be good and I would have recommended them. However, I DO NOT recommend them based on the customer service treatment I've received despite my legitimate medical issue and documentation. I have several friends who are interested in laser hair removal and I have steered them away from Ideal Image based on my experience. read more

I had to get a refund. Overpriced services, staff is very fake and stuck up and rude. Sometimes I would wait for an hour or two for my scheduled appointment, but if you're late, they bitch about it and let walk-ins go first. Their services don't deliver what they say, but they did refund me for a partial. I now go to a private spa to get laser hair removal with a wonderful lady and it costs less and she even does other parts for free. Do research before you go to these commercial hogs. A week later I went back since I had a definitive line on my forehead. They told me the product couldn't be put right above my brows. Was already a huge fan of Ideal Image, but was even more pleased to receive the same great service and treatments at another location! I have received tattoo removal, laser hair removal & injectables, all have been wonderful! The best thing is with the laser hair removal, you are able to get a lifetime warranty. Meaning after child birth & menopause when your hormones are increased, you hair naturally is going to start growing back & I just have to pay a small co-pay to retreat areas. I have been getting waxed my face for more than 5 years. I had extremely dense hair follicles. I tried every waxing product in the market, and that increased hair growth worst. Ultimately, I felt hopeless and humiliated. Then my one friend recommended me 'Ideal Image' and I went through their reviews and then I decided to visit the place. I see deals all the time to use laser services for cheap prices on Lifebooker and Groupon, but you have to be SO careful with laser treatment. After getting review from my friend I decided to go for Laser Hair Removal treatment there. In my first session the nurse missed several area. It was not a good experience and very next day I called Cassy and Shetold me to come back again in the week. I went there again and they assigned me Lisa. She look at my face area and gave niice treatment (with correct laser machine and laser frequency). She told me you will see the results after three treatments. Lisa is a registered nurse. She knows skin well and knows what strength of the laser to use for each patch of your skin. she is knowledgeable and honest. I have since gotten my underarms treated too, all with just incredible results. What's even better is that the hair are thin and light. I have no more heavy coarse hairs. I do go back every 2 months for treatment but I am so amazed and grateful for what Lisa did for me. Finding the right Laser Hair technician could be a nightmare, take it from someone with experience, Lisa is a dream! It's a 7 months after she worked extensively on my face and underarms, and it looks MARVELOUS. Even though I've moved to a completely different coast, I want to go back so she can help me again! I think they really exaggerate about their service. I don't care they were friendly or nice, what matters is how much their service helped me when I paid so much money. I got my upper lips and chin done for around $ 2000 and it didn't remove my hair permanently at all. They grew back after every treatment and I didn't see any magic happening they told me all about. On the top if you chose to finance your treatment. you will be getting screwed up for sure if you didn't track your payments and ran out of APR time period, you will be charge $2 interest on every payment even for introductory period and then APR will be around $500. And if unluckily you did miss the payment they will charge you $37 late fee. In short you will be paying more $$$ on the top of $2000 treatment. It is very expensive place and the treatments do not work At ALL. I will suggest to save all your money and please choose to use herbal remedies instead of all these fake laser treatments. I really blame myself for believing their BS*** and I don't want others to hurt themselves financially. Just eat healthy, exercise and live your life without being getting conscious about little hair here and there on your body. Who cares. Love yourself. i got coolsculpting done. i don't consider myself being a chubby person, i'm relatively small but i still had that muffin top that they promise will come out! well i barely saw any results, i practically threw away my money (and its not a cheap treatment). they told me that its' not the same to take 25% of fat on a person that's 30 lbs over weight than a small person like me!
