I'll just come out and say it... 11/10 recommend. Definitely look into all the incredible benefits of lymphatic drainage but in a nutshell I was there really looking for overall detox support. I love how much is reduces any swelling, edema and fluid retention. Plus this treatment can really helpful with boosting blood flow and ciculationation, helping reduce inflammation (definitely a top reason I went for this service). Reduces stress and anxiety, clears brain fog, increase energy levels, the list goes on...! Overall, very supportive to improving overall health and well-being. My reason for the one star review is how the practice is run financially. Twice I had my rates increased by 20 and 25 percent several months after I agreed to a year long contract (they called it a "small increase" but it's around $300). They have continued to decrease benefits over the years (decreasing discount from 25% to 20% for supplements ordered through FullScript). And then I found they were marking up my GLP1 medication by 100 percent (more than $300!) from the compounding pharmacy they used. I only found out about this because of an error in the pharmacy contacting me about billing. For this reason, I have left the practice.

There were only a few times the pressure seemed a bit high, but I was okay with it and didn't ask to change the level. The room was nice and clean and the table was comfortable. The only difference for me from other places was the room stayed brightly lit the whole time, but maybe it's harder to dim with the external windows. Wasn't a big deal for me, but some people may not like that. The pricing is very competitive and they also offer deals on 3 and 6 massage packages.
