After being booked almost a year in advance for my daughter's wedding, a few weeks before our event, Kat stopped answering our repeated calls, emails texts (and messages also left on her social media). Imagine how stressful it was for us to need to scramble to find an available makeup artist right before the wedding. We still have not heard from Kat with an explanation or an apology for this horrible and unprofessional behavior. We hired Kat after a paid trial, and had six bridesmaids, the bride, and both mothers booked with Kat. When my daughter reached out to her a few weeks before the wedding to confirm the final count of women, she did not reply to the voicemail. My daughter texted her several times with no reply. She also emailed her with no reply. I was sure that Kat must either be on vacation or something happened that prevented her from responding-because... What kind of person would ghost a bride right before her wedding. Yesterday was my daughter's wedding, and we still have not heard from Kat (who is fine, as she is posting stories to her Instagram) I will also be looking into where I can file a formal complaint, demanding a refund on the trial we paid for-and make sure that other brides are aware of Kat's unprofessional behavior.

I don't normally wear makeup and I wanted a natural makeup look for my wedding which was a bit challenging to achieve. We did the first trial run and decided to do a second trial run a few months before the wedding. She completely nailed the natural look I wanted during our second trial. She listened to the feedback and she did an excellent job. I appreciate that she traveled so far to do both trials. She always had a positive attitude and it was so fun to work with her during the trials. I appreciated her honesty and her patience. She also really cares about her clients and makes sure her clients are happy with their wedding makeup during the trials. The day of the wedding, she did my makeup, my mom's makeup and my maid of honor's makeup. We were all so impressed and so happy with our makeup. Kat again nailed the natural makeup look that I wanted for my wedding. She completely took her time on me and made sure it was what I wanted. Every step of the way of doing my makeup, she made sure I was happy with my makeup. I appreciated how much thought and care she put into my makeup and to making sure that I had a natural glow for my wedding. I received so many great compliments on my makeup. I was so happy that I looked like me on my wedding day and that wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for Kat. Kat is talented, professional, patient, understanding, personable, and friendly. I knew it was fate the moment I came across Kramos' Yelp page. I was hesitant to contact her since my budget was quite small, but Ms. Kristine was kind and answered my inquiries without hesitation. Ms. Kristine was beyond professional and kindhearted. She accommodated my requests and the limitations of my budget since I couldn't do a hair bridal trial (thus only doing the make up). She was easy to talk to and it's like having a sister you've never met before. I liked how she gave realistic expectations like my pores would still be visible underneath the glamorous make up, and there would eventually be creasing, something I'd have to deal with by doing retouches throughout the night. She even told me how some of the photos I sent her as reference were made by AI, something I did not even consider. More than anything, however, her work was absolutely magnificent! I don't think I've ever felt as stunning as she made me feel both during my make up trial and my wedding day make up. Majority of my family and friends complimented me, and I still look at my photos with such great joy partially becau of how much I loved my hair and make up. My make up stayed on throughout the night, and I didn't even need to do retouch, including my lipstick, something I thought would be an issue after eating. As for my hair, despite not having a trial and trusting Ms. Kristine's vision on the day of the wedding, my hair looked superb throughout the night! Not a hair out of place, something that was miraculous for my usually messy hair. Some of the people from my bridal party also needed make up. Although Ms. Kristine wasn't able to do theirs as she put all of her effort focusing on my needs as the bride, she chose an amazing make up artist who listened to my party's requests and needs.
