When we arrived at the appointment we were greeted by two friendly receptionists and seated in a cozy little waiting area for a few minutes. The suite was clean, inviting and smelled so nice. My daughter is 12 and was a little nervous about getting waxed but Chelsea talked her through the whole process and made her feel comfortable. Chelsea took her time and carefully mapped out her brows before she started to wax. When she was done waxing she plucked out any stragglers and made sure my girls brows were perfect.
