I learned about this salon from a client at my own job - she is an employee there. I decided to go in and check out their menu of services on my lunch break. Prices seemed reasonable, so I called and booked my appointment. I had checked out all of the stylists online and had hoped to be booked with Kristen M. as luck would have it, that's exactly who I got! She was very friendly and welcoming. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and actually said she was reluctant to do a service until my color grew out, stating it would make my hair unhealthy and she didn't want to be responsible. I appreciated her honesty and concern. I got the best cut and color from her and was thrilled with the price. My color has held up well and looks natural - just the way I like it. Kristen took the time to ensure I walked away loving my look! In observing other stylists while waiting under the dryers, they seem talented, too. It's not a salon with a lot of frills, though it's very clean and inviting. They have a separate nail area. I loved that I could tip on my credit card. So many places require cash tips now. This makes it easy and allows me to tip a bit more generously, as I rarely have cash. They offer coffee, tea, etc. I recently had my second cut with Kristen and was equally pleased with the results! It was also like sitting and chatting with an old friend. She gives pretty awesome scalp massages during the wash, too! They don't hard sell products like many salons I have been to. Brought our teenaged daughter here for a cut and she loved her hairstyle as well! So happy to have found a consistent, friendly, reasonable and exceptional salon!!

Eventually, I found Hana, and I have been requesting her whenever possible ever since. She is amazing. The entire staff is always kind, welcoming, and professional, which makes every visit enjoyable. I usually bring in an inspiration picture for my manicure, and Hana always does a fantastic job bringing it to life. She really pays attention to detail and makes sure everything looks just right. I had spent $60 on a pedicure less than a month before and didn't need the full service so I added a toe polish change to my nail fill appointment. For a color removal, length cut down, barely a file, anddd I also brought my own regular polish, I left paying $25 for that and my nails looked horrible. It was like night and day from fresh fill on my hands and beautiful paint job to amateur toe polish color change service. I don't recommend this place for any pedicure or feet services if you want your toes to look nice for at least a month or more. The music is also a nice to have but can sometimes be explicit. Just a heads up on that! Also, I forgot to snap a pic of my fugly toe paint job but I'm sure you get the drift.
