I learned about this salon from a client at my own job - she is an employee there. I decided to go in and check out their menu of services on my lunch break. Prices seemed reasonable, so I called and booked my appointment. I had checked out all of the stylists online and had hoped to be booked with Kristen M. as luck would have it, that's exactly who I got! She was very friendly and welcoming. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and actually said she was reluctant to do a service until my color grew out, stating it would make my hair unhealthy and she didn't want to be responsible. I appreciated her honesty and concern. I got the best cut and color from her and was thrilled with the price. My color has held up well and looks natural - just the way I like it. Kristen took the time to ensure I walked away loving my look! In observing other stylists while waiting under the dryers, they seem talented, too. It's not a salon with a lot of frills, though it's very clean and inviting. They have a separate nail area. I loved that I could tip on my credit card. So many places require cash tips now. This makes it easy and allows me to tip a bit more generously, as I rarely have cash. They offer coffee, tea, etc. I recently had my second cut with Kristen and was equally pleased with the results! It was also like sitting and chatting with an old friend. She gives pretty awesome scalp massages during the wash, too! They don't hard sell products like many salons I have been to. Brought our teenaged daughter here for a cut and she loved her hairstyle as well! So happy to have found a consistent, friendly, reasonable and exceptional salon!!

I was happily surprised when I arrived and discovered it was an actual spa (in addition to the salon). I was greeted by being offered tea, coffee or water, then taken to the spa area which is a private room with a shower, sink, toilet and mirror etc. I was given a robe and advised to go out into the separate, private waiting area when I was ready. It was weird not to be rushed... and I was 10 minutes late. In two minutes the massage therapist came over to greet me and take me to the room. Alaina was my massage therapist. Very kind-hearted woman in her early 20's. Due to her age, I automatically assumed it would be a light massage. Nope! Very quickly she got to the exact pressure I like, which is pretty deep. She did an amazing job. I've had many massages that I left upset for wasting so much money and not getting any pain relief. That was not the case today. Eventually, I found Hana, and I have been requesting her whenever possible ever since. She is amazing. The entire staff is always kind, welcoming, and professional, which makes every visit enjoyable. I usually bring in an inspiration picture for my manicure, and Hana always does a fantastic job bringing it to life. She really pays attention to detail and makes sure everything looks just right.
