I am posting on behalf of a friend because I felt compelled to share. She was a regular customer at Namaste and went in for gel nails and was talked into dip, as they are more durable and last longer. The woman working on her nails was inattentive and didn't seem too bothered that she was hurting her, even though she spoke up to say she woman was hurting her. The images speak for themselves. The woman continued dipping her bloody hands into the communal dip. Unacceptable. Not to mention the quality of how the nails were done. P.S. pay no attention to the Pringle's in the back. read more

I won't go anywhere else for my nail services. Obviously due to covid I've cut down on my usual trips to the nail salon. I originally scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning, but they were willing to take me in a day earlier, and a bit last minute. Got a full set with dip, and Jen did an amazing job! I love this salon. Jen is so nice and friendly. The guy who was doing my nails put so much attention to them and made sure I was very pleased with them. They keep the place clean in general but especially with COVID-19 going on. As of right now it is appointment only. I called yesterday to see if they had any cancellations, later that evening Jen called and asked if I could come in at 3:15 and I said I had work. 5 minutes later she called again asking if I could come in at 11:45 I said yes, she said she just had to check that we could make a switch with someone else's appointment. Hesitate to try this place because of the lack of reviews but don't let that discourage you. This place is better than I expected. It had six pedicure chairs and six nail stations. I went as a walk in on a Saturday morning and was taken right away. The place is immaculately clean with tub liners and they use a new sterile set of cuticle pushers, clippers and files with each client. They were super efficient and reasonably price. I found this spa a couple years back, Pre covid! Pretty sure I found it on here (Yelp). Lets just say I will NOT be going anywhere else anytime soon. Jen and her staff ALL Work together. Teamwork is not a thing you see to much any more. They ALWAYS shape my toes perfectly and I have a cracked pinkie toe. The polish always last at least a month. Not that I should keep it that long. Clean, efficient and friendly. This is the place to go if you live in and around the Windham area. Kenny, the owner was very nice and completing various tasks around the shop. He never stopped the entire time we were there. Tammy, the stylist who did a dip manicure on my daughter was very knowledgeable and efficient with her time. I recently had my first experience here and it was hands down the best experience I've had getting my nails done! I called a few days before hand and was able to easily book appointments for me and my mom, and both of our services were amazing. I believe my appointment was with Dion, but I'm not entirely sure. It was my first time getting a full set of acrylics and they look stunning, and the whole process went smoothly (no pain/cut cuticles, and my tech was super nice when I smudged one too... my bad ) The full set only costed me around $30 which is also a huge plus considering the amazing quality! I have really been putting off this review for a very long time. I was so excited to see a nail salon that had 5 stars near me so I obviously wanted to start coming here. The first time I came in I was told that walking in doesn't work very well so I should book an appointment. I understood, I mean if this place was so good it should be worth the wait. I even called the day of to switch the time of my appointment to earlier and Jennifer was more then willing to accommodate. When I came in there was a little bit of a wait, no big deal, so I waited. I was scheduled to get acrylics and the were very well done but very rushed. I don't like sitting for very long periods of time so whatever. Once again, it did not bother me. So I scheduled my refill. I came in and Jennifer was doing someone else's nails. She asked me to wait, which I did. 25 minutes later she rushed through my nails as if she was waiting for me. Whatever. Gave her 10$, 30% tip by the way, and was on my way. The next time I came in for my refill I had scheduled it 3 weeks prior at 9. They open at 9, so there shouldn't be anyone right? Wrong. I came in and , surprise!, she was helping another customer who was getting a pedicure. She was tending to her manicure and asked me to wait. So, whatever again. This happened two more times, including today. I'm literally sitting here, at 4:25 PM, writing this review waiting to have my acrylics rushed through again. Not this time. I will have them taken off and will take my business elsewhere. Maybe it's just me, I have had similar experiences in other salons due to my young appearance, but I have been coming in here regularly and she still completely disregards my time. Not only is it unprofessional but it's extremely rude not do the same thing to the same person over and over. Wish that my experience was different. Also! Just want to add that it's super nice to walk into a nail salon that you regularly come into to be greeted by a man watching videos with headphones in behind the desk and ignoring you while you wait to be seated or assisted or (in my case) asked to wait for 20-40 min! read more

Don't bother to make an appointment because you will still have to sit and wait 30 minutes before someone can take you. They will take walk ins even if there is an appointment scheduled for that time. It's really too bad because they do the best acrylic fill out of everywhere I've been to. read more
