The lady who worked on my brows seemed to be the owner, she was really nice and even tried calling one of her coworkers to come help out with the crowd. The brows itself are a 3.5, I enjoy the ending of my brows, but the front of them are off. I usually get my brows done in black but the ladies recommended me dark brown, and I was not disappointed. The only thing I would change is the front shape of my eyebrows, at least this is fixable with some concealer but if you are looking for brows that need some work, just keep that in mind with going to this location.
