About a year or so ago I met Allison Reynolds and she has changed my life! I learned she is a P.A. so she was extremely knowledgeable and had a medical answer for every question I had asked and especially regarding the skin care needs of women. She took a look at my skin after getting Botox and suggested microneedling. I had never heard of this procedure but I thought "oh boy here we go again". I loved her personality so much I thought well why not give it a try? The price was very affordable and she did an excellent job on my Botox so I trusted her. I noticed a HUGE difference after just one treatment! I wanted to cry! I just had my third treatment, there is essentially no down time, it's far less expensive than any other procedure I've tried and for me essentially pain free! My scars are nearly gone now and I recommend this procedure to everyone even if you don't have scars. It tightens your skin, takes away stretch marhave seen before and after photos of her own stretch marks and they too are essentially gone! I did my research beforehand and saw some very scary photos and I was apprehensive but I am so glad I was in the right hands. I can't say enough great things about this spa. If I could give Om Spa TEN STARS I certainly would!! These photos were right after Micro-needling (and the little dots are Botox, I bruise super easily), it just kind of looks like a sunburn and you can put mineral makeup over it if you need to. We went more aggressive than usual this time because it's working so well but trust me that is NOTHING compared to what a Co2 laser does or costs and the results for me were much better.

She was really self conscious about her new break outs on her face. I received notification Nov. 2025 that it sold and I was invited to the grand opening of Highland Skin and Laser. Per request, I had RSVP'd. Upon arrival, those at the desk looked at me, but didn't smile or welcome me. Right away I noticed the friendly atmosphere of Highland Esthetics had left with its name. Because I was headed to a country bar afterwards, I was dressed for that -- not a cocktail party. As I walked past the unfriendly receptionists, I noticed everyone was quite dressed up. As l moved to the back of the salon, there was a woman serving food, who also didn't smile. She made a condescending remark to me. I don't recall the exact comment, but I do remember not feeling welcome. My stay was short. Clearly, I was treated like I could not afford to be there. BIG MISTAKE Laser Ladies! My face had some trauma from a nasty fall and ALI was my saving grace. She met with me during my wax and had several really thoughtful ideas about how to treat my scars.
