Somehow my review keeps getting taken down. Just updating to make sure my review is still visible…read more BOTCHED AND DISFIGURED I went to Dr Rodgers for sinus surgery, rhinoplasty, and liposuction. There were immediate red flags I unfortunately ignored. The first was the condition of Dr Rodgers's teeth. His teeth are covered in plaque and tarter. They look like they haven't been cleaned in ten years. It's unusual for a surgeon, to say the least. The second red flag was when discussing the desired results; I mentioned that I wanted a nose that aesthetically fit my face. Dr. Roger responded that he didn't care about aesthetics. It's strange a plastic surgeon wouldn't care about aesthetics. The third red flag is Dr. Rodgers is missing an index finger on his dominant right hand. I clarified to Dr Rodgers that I wanted a straight Roman nose. What I got is something better suited to a Puerto Rican. Dr. Rogers removed too much cartilage off my bridge, leaving me with a rounded nose bridge lacking structure and a flat spot in the middle. My nostrils are now different sizes and attached unevenly to my face. I have a collapsed right valve. His incision on my columella left me with a missing cartilage on the left side. The tip of my nose, which he was supposed to refine, is wider than before. The septum he was supposed to straighten is deviated to the left. My nose is noticeably shorter. When I asked Dr. Rogers if he removed any cartilage from the tip of my nose, he said no. This was a lie. According to the medical records I requested, Dr Rodgers removed cartilage from the tip of my nose without discussing it with me. The liposuction he performed on my face has left me with a dent in my right cheek. When I brought up my concerns to Dr. Rogers, he laughed in my face (literally). He did this multiple times while trying to gaslight me to me think I was seeing things or hadn't waited long enough to see the results manifest. Ultimately, Dr. Rogers put me off for over a year before telling me he would not perform a revision surgery. This means I have to spend $15-$20,000 to have another surgeon correct Dr. Rogers's mistakes. This has been one of the worst experiences in my life. Fortunately, I could do a chargeback on one of the credit cards I used to pay for the surgery. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering plastic surgery. Put the initial charge on a credit card and charge the surgeon back when they see any potential bad results. Surgeons only win 23% of chargeback cases, so the chances are good that you will get your money back. I made the mistake of going with Dr. Rogers because he was affordable. I ignored red flags so I could save money. Now I'll be paying for it the rest of my life.

Dr Rogers did an amazing job on my daughter's nose when she broke it! He is extremely professional…read moreand talented. He did a wonderful job explaining the whole process to her.

I've been here several times for my annual checkup. I have had several basal cells removed before…read more(not here), so I never skip. I find it odd that even though I have to point out several places of concern, no notes or pictures are taken. The PA also stands several feet away and is super quick with the exam. This last time was the worst though. After glancing at my face, they take the nitrogen out and put on squirt on my forehead. They said, "got a spot". I didn't and don't have any on the center of my forehead. That one squirt didn't even leave a red spot and I was, and my insurance was billed for 'destruction of a lesion". Needless to say, I won't go back. You definitely can tell it is a merry-go-round of annual 'checkups'. Great way to make money, bad way for actual patient care.

I have been using Keller for the past 3 yrs for a variety of health needs, finding the care…read morereliable and the staff attentive. Clearly over the past year things have unfortunately slipped there and the days of old clearly are past, sad to say. Case in point: I called over a month ago and set an appointment with my regular care giver for an issue that appeared to require a biopsy .. plus a face to face catch up with ongoing treatment for a couple of issues. For me the drive is a long one, over 40 minutes but I was always ready to go the extra mile for quality care. I checked in with the front desk like always and was promptly taken back to the exam room and seated, my PT did the usual what's up Q & A, took the info and said the care giver would be right in. That's when things went south, apparently my regular care giver (NP) was not in and one of the office PAs walked in. Needless to say I was a bit taken back and asked the begging question "and you are ?" Come to find out my care giver does not work on Fridays (begs the question, why was I scheduled to see her on Friday over a month ago). Since this new clinician had never met me nor were they of the same credentialing/care giving level, I opted to say thank you when she offered me the option to opt out of the visit and pass on the care. When I went to the front desk to check out and share my experience the Admin said the same thing to me, "oh the NP does not work on Fridays," hello .. why was I set up for the appointment was in my thinking? I had to then ask that my office visit be a no charge (since I was not able to meet my scheduled provider). At no time during my visit did anyone in the office offer any admission of a "slip up" on their end (clearly scheduling dropped the ball) or offer me any apologies for the mix up and my wasted time & expense of driving 30 miles. In fairness I was offered by the front desk to reschedule with my care giver, unfortunately 45 days out - YIKES. My response was .. I think I will look elsewhere, wished them a nice day and left .. not to return thank you. So if you are looking for a clinic where the patient is the priority and staff strive to be leaders in this effort, you may want to investigate elsewhere.

I have always received polite, professional help by both the staff and physicians at this facility…read more Case in point: On 3/6/2021, I had an appt with my PCP, Dr Hulbert. His staff was very friendly and my appt was right on time. Dr Hulbert did not rush through my visit and spent adequate time explaining how a new medication works in my body to reduce migraines. He also discussed any issue that I was having and, of course, gave me an update on the local situation with COVID vaccines. I ask for and received x-rays immediately following my visit with Dr Hulbert and they were taken about 30 yards from his office. The two x-ray technicians, Zack & Rich, were friendly, thorough, and efficient. The overall visit was relaxing, timely, and comforting.

Hub came here after a less than stellar experience at another company's immediate care facility…read more The medical part of the experience was fine, but their lack of communication has cost us $$. When hub arrived, he handed the intake person his insurance card (it is from a recognized large ins. company in Idaho). She smiled and handed it back to him and asked him to take a seat. He was then taken back and seen by an NP. It wasn't until we got the bill that we realized that, even though St. Lukes is "in-network," the NP was not so our insurance is not paying for any part of this visit. At no time was he informed that the NP was not in-network either by the in-take person or the NP herself. Why on earth would a patient ask if his doctor is "in-network" when the facility is? We feel that this omission was intentional and now we are forced to file a complaint and appeal with our insurance company. These places are making it so apparent that they are all about the profit motive and NOT health care. What are the chances that we will return to this facility? Do they ever consider how their deceptive practices effect the bottom line? Guess not. Still looking for a doc in Boise who is in medicine for the right reasons. If you know of one, please PM me, otherwise, I'm moving. Health care in ID is sub-par.
