Contacted seller and asked them to contact Royal Mail as they will only deal with seller and not with the intended receiver. Seller stated that Royal Mail claimed that it had been delivered to my house, but I've now spoken to all my housemates and confirmed that they were on placement or working and were not in the house at the supposed time of delivery. The signature that Royal Mail supposedly got from me looks nothing like mine, and I was at Uni at the time of delivery. It could have been a mistake on Royal Mail's part, but there's nothing I can do on my end to rectify that and I resent paying money for items that didn't arrive at my house. If they had pursued a complaint with Royal Mail instead of just accepting what they said I wouldn't be writing this review, but as they didn't I wouldn't recommend dealing with this shop as they won't have your back if there's a delivery issue.

It's great for when you just fancy a change or if you're having a bad hair day. I'd suggest coming in this shop with a friend. The staff was helpful and kind and we ended up buying a lot from them. We had to create a UK membership because our US one wouldn't register there and they didn't have some of the bigger soaps- they mentioned we may find these at outlet locations. These items can be a bit more costly but the quality and scents are great and we've been using them for years!

I've used this particular branch twice in the last week, and both times found it prohibitively busy. The first occasion was early rush hour (c.5pm) on a Thursday evening, and even then, with a large bag, it was almost too much effort to bother had I not needed one particular product. Fast forward to Saturday, and with a small suitcase, I would have been a huge nuisance had I stayed any longer. Staff are polite enough, but have a harrassed air.
