They were left on for around 60 minutes whilst I was left to lay on the bed and relax. Afterwards I was measured again and I had lost a combined total of 5 inches from different parts of my body. Having had Vibro suite recommended to me by a friend I decided to check out the spa and am very glad I did. They have a fantastic range of treatments and are able to accommodate you if you want a 30 minute lunch time treat or like me an entire afternoon of relaxation. In an attempt to relax I opted for a "Deep Tissue Massage" and a "Bespoke You Facial" both were 1 hour treatments. The welcome was fantastic and I immediately felt at ease and was offered a range of drinks, the initial massage was carried out very well and actually did work to release some of the tension I felt. This was followed by a 10 minute break where I was allowed to sit relax and offered another drink. The Facial consisted of a 15 minute consultation asking about my skin type and normal routine. This was followed by a full 1 hour facial which I think was done very well. Unlike many other spas I wasn't pressured into buying any products or booking a follow up, the staff were fantastic and both treatments were great value for money. I have been twice, once for the day and once for an overnight stay…read more Ragdale Hall is set off the baten track and is quiet and peaceful - just what you would expect from a spa. On arrival at the spa you are taken to the cafe area served refreshments and asked to complete the paperwork needed during your stay. Then its on to the changing rooms to change into your swimwear and robes (whih are provided). The changing rooms are modern and very clean with plenty of lockers. The pool area is great for relaxing with a jacuzzi and different massage jets, steam room, sauna etc etc. We did a couple of different classes while we were there, aqua aerobics and a pom pom workout both of which were really great fun. The food although healthy was beautiful and was served in a very grand room. You can go back to get more food as many times as you like which is good as it gives you a chance to sample lots of the lovely dishes. We had a couple of treatments there (massage & facial) which were a real treat. The neck shoulder and back massage was fab and just what I needed to de-stress. They use clarins and decleor products and advise you what they are using. Be aware that there are male staff that do the treatments so if you are not comfortable with this, you should advise the staff. There is a lovely quiet room with big comfy sofas and chairs and newspapers, books etc so it's worth grabbing a coffee and heading their for an afternoon chill/nap. The hotel room we stayed in was a spacious triple room with a small lounge area. It was very clean and tidy and nicely decorated and furnished. The beds were very comfortable and we felt right at home. In the morning your breakfast is brought to you in bed which was brilliant. They have a couple of differnet shops within Ragdale Hall which are nice to browse around and you can buy your Clarins/Decleor products from the shop near the treatment room. I can't wait to go back to Ragdale hall. As you would expect, Ragdale Hall is very expensive (especially for the overnight stay) but it is worth signing up with them on their website as you will be sent special offers with some good savings. It is perfect to take your mum/sisters or if you just fancy a girlie, relaxing weekend away.

It was a little confusing to find as the salon is inside another salon which has no reference to beauty by yasmin on the outside My therapist was a girl called Becky, and she really made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She really spent a decent amount of time on each area, and used just the right amount of force. The full body massage really was 'full body' which included feet and neck, as some places don't. She uses base oils rather than almond oils, in case people have nut allergies. Also I was offered a hot drink or glass of water at the end. I booked a pamper package here, using a KGB deal…read more Aruba Beauty have been at this site for 10 years, but i had no idea they existed as they are above the tanning centre, so you have to walk in past the tanning cubicles, then you'll see the stairs to their salon. I assumed the treatment rooms would be quite small however i was pleasantly surprised to find that they were a very decent size! My therapist Hannah, was lovely and immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had a back neck and shoulder massage, which was amazing, i could really feel the difference....it did get quite painful at one point as i had ALOT of knots in my shoulders but she got them all out and my back felt so much looser afterwards, so she did a brilliant job! Next i had a facial which made my skin feel really fresh and soft and. I was very impressed that Hannah was very knowledgeable, i assumed i had a few whiteheads on my face, she told me straight away its Milia and its very common and how to get rid of them. Lastly i had a manicure and polish, they use OPI polish and there was a good selection of colors available, so its almost been a week now and only minor chips on the tips of a few nails. Hannah told me to take my car keys out before she put the polish on, after the polish was applied she passed me my keys and put my bag on my shoulder for me so that my nails wouldn't get ruined, which was very sweet of her. All in all it was a fabulous experience, and I've found my new local masseuse. Can't find any fault, or negative things to say , so five stars it is!

She is chatty and friendly and good at what she does. My only niggle was that the room was quite cold... and when you're having to remove layers of clothes and lie on a bed with just a blanket over, raising the room temperature is a must! The heater in the room didn't cut the mustard unfortunately. Still, I pointed this out and was compensated with extra blankets which took the bite off, but the building and the sub-zero temperatures outside was the main cause of the problem. Happy to recommend this place to others in the area and, like the other reviewer said, you have to go into the tanning place and up the stairs to get to this. But call to make an appointment and the rest is a breeze.

Hoar Cross appears to attract a lot of folks for "girls spa getaways," with lots of women clearly revelling in their enjoyable mini vacations. The mood is light and joyful.
