I have an appointment at 10 AM in the morning to get a lace front sew in. The girl who braided my…read morehair was actually very sweet and very tender with my hair. However the other lady who came to do the installment sucked severely. Not only was she sewing too tight to the point where I've been having a pounding headache for the past few days, she also was styling rough over my newly done industrial piercing and ended up making it bleed from sewing over it. The lace front was cut incorrectly it was not installed correctly it was over my ears which made it hurt even worse. The knots were not bleached it was just thrown onto my head. She was even stabbing me with the sewing needle! And on top of that I came in at 10 AM and left at 4:30. EVEN THOUGH she said i would be gone before 2. HOW THE HELL DOES A LACE FRONT SEW IN TAKE 6 HOURS?? I had to go to work at 4o'clock and I told her that twice. She said I was supposed to be under the dryer for 30 minutes and had me under there from 1:40 all the way until 3 o'clock. And while she was doing my hair she continuously ate, took breaks, drank beer and alcohol, argue with colleagues and ended up taking so long that I ended up late to work. This resulted in me taking a 3 month leave! I had a car incident the day before so i could only come on my work day. I didn't want expect THIS. AND cancelling my senior photoshoot! The hair hurts so bad I want to take it out NOW. And while i was taking if the lace, I realized the lady put glue on my ENTIRE FRONTAL. ITS STUCK TO MY NATURAL HAIR. I BETTER get my money back. :::::UPDATE:::::: The lady is named Nigeria. I got on the phone and the operator who I assumed is the owner kept hanging up in my face. I went up there to discuss the issue and the man there told me the only way to get a refund was through her. When he called her, she said that she doesn't take 18 year old clients because "what 18 year old you know gets lace fronts?" She then proceeded to say the didn't hurt my ear or caused my ear to get infected and that she was taking notes on me because she knew i was going to be a problem. She refused to refund me and lied saying she was the owner. When i talked to the person behind the counter he contacted the "owner" and he stated that the hair was "high quality" and was not meant to be thrown away. BUT YOUR EMPLOYEES MESSED THE HAIR UP. They asked me to bring the hair as more proof and when I did, the cashier asked if i signed any paperwork. So she also lied about paperwork. And not only that, made me pay first and did my hair after. The lady called back and stated that she would give me back 150 for her shit job. She even said "This is me being nice". But i payed 450 DOLLARS. The hair was 733 dollars. Then when I said hell no she said I was also banned from any Hair fetish Atlanta in Georgia. I DONT CARE ABOUT YOU STUPID FUCKING STORE. You got 1,183 DOLLARS from me and you want to give back 150? And then the owner gave me a number to call for my hair and the person never picked up! DO NOT SHOP HERE. Its a SCAM.
