Came in to get a skin analysis and a hydra facial. Rachel was great at the front checked me in…read morepractically as soon as I walked in. You can tell they don't stack their clients. I filled it a few forms was offered a drink (water or wine)! Was taken back pretty quickly. Carolyn completed my services and she was amazing! She walked through every step to let me know what was being done and why. I left with my glow that the hydra facial stated I would have and understanding of my skin and best way to move forward for my goals. I will be back for sure!

May 2025 do NOT trust your face with this location! I've been coming to this location for about 2+…read moreyears and the turnover rate for injectors is very high. The newest team injector did not do assessments in-between Dysport injections which made my face droopy! (heavy side eyebrows that made me look constantly tired and sad) When I went in for my follow up, there was unfortunately nothing they could do, the damage was done. Kimberly the manager was to contact me. She did not, we finally spoke briefly twice, as I had to keep trying to reach her. She finally said she was going to talk to Corporate to get a refund. She never returned my calls and now the front desk doesn't pick up my phone call caller ID and sends me straight to voicemail. I gave them 4 weeks to make the situation right but now it's my obligation to protect anyone else from getting bad Botox/Dysport from this location. The way they run this business and treat their customers is unethical.

Recently got a massage with Gina. Came in for a very simple, 30 minute massage. I workout regularly…read moreand felt some mild soreness due to my previous workouts throughout the week. I explained this to her and she seemed to have an understanding before I went to undress. However, the whole massage, I felt like I was a baby getting lotion slapped on my back, in a mostly circular motion and at times, being poked. I didn't get a SINGLE knot rubbed out of my back or shoulders, the way I requested considering I do strength training. I also requested some lower body, but she never once touched any lower body at all and wanted me to keep on my biker shorts. She was very sweet, but the massage was EXTREMELY disappointing. Also, I chose aromatherapy and never smelled it at all. However, this is not my first experience with them, which only made me regret coming here even more. I scheduled an appointment back in the spring, back when we were having icy roads. One of the days, every business in the city shut down due to weather conditions, and they still charged me as a no-show despite not even being open. I could never get in touch with them to get a refund and was ignored until I had to appeal it with my bank to get my money back. Save your money and your time. Also, for those who have had similar experiences, they seemed to be very rude in handling these issues. I don't plan to return.

So I've been getting massages for years but since I moved back to Atlanta in 2019 I've had the…read morehardest time - until I found this place. 1. Booking was easy - I wish I could've added a facial but I couldn't on the site. 2. Gina was heaven sent, she asked me and LISTENED to my problems on my lower back. 3. I'm big on energy especially when getting a massage and the energy from walking in the door was warm and receptive! I will be back.

New owner, Heidi, is proving she has the grit to turn this long established med spa around…read more The service was inviting and encouraging. The atmosphere was warm. The look and feel was more European than Fayette, but in a good way. To stand out as a a reimagined place for health & wellness, and shift away from old perceptions, they offer top notch ambience and service, while keeping it affordable. I tried the place out because I met the owner at networking event for local business owners & entrepreneurs. She explained she was a new owner, passed out passess for a free salt bath. Never tried that before. The flyer said it was good for coughs and respiratory stuff. I had a lingering cough from a cold, thought why not. It definitely helped. On my way back this week while my daughter visits so she can be rejuvenated too.

I am creating this review to address an ongoing issue that has not been resolved since my initial…read morecomplaint in May. My family and I have been loyal clients of your facility since 2021, and over the years, we have enjoyed a variety of services, including yoga classes, massage therapy, and halotherapy. However, our recent experiences have left us increasingly frustrated, and I feel compelled to formally raise this concern once again. In May, I reported that the adult halotherapy room was experiencing significant issues. The room had noticeable wear and tear, an unpleasant odor, and the fan was malfunctioning, which led to the halotherapy treatment not functioning as expected. Typically, when the room is operating correctly, the salt is dispersed effectively, and it is even noticeable in taste and scent. Unfortunately, during my session, this was not the case, and I was left disappointed. Despite these concerns, the front desk staff were courteous and responsive. I was not charged, and offered additional sessions, but what point does it make to give me sessions in a room that does not work? Unfortunately, upon our return today, we found that the situation had not improved and impacts the kids' room as well. While the staff was friendly, we were informed that the halotherapy generator was still not functioning properly. The staff member explained that the generator had been malfunctioning since last week, which is consistent with the information I was provided back in May. Initially, she tried to play it as if the generator shut off. I kindly asked her to not lie, and said this seems to be an ongoing issue. It wasn't until I spoke up that the charge was waived for today's visit. At this point, I am concerned that this issue may reflect a deeper problem with how the business is being managed. It is disheartening to waste time or to pay for services that are not being delivered as advertised, especially given the extended period of time that this issue has persisted. Given the ongoing nature of the problem and the lack of resolution, I kindly request a refund for the remaining sessions in my account. We have given your facility several months to resolve the issue, but it seems clear that no action has been taken to restore the halotherapy service to its intended quality. I trust you understand the importance of addressing this matter promptly and look forward to hearing from you soon with a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
