However, our recent experiences have left us increasingly frustrated, and I feel compelled to formally raise this concern once again. In May, I reported that the adult halotherapy room was experiencing significant issues. The room had noticeable wear and tear, an unpleasant odor, and the fan was malfunctioning, which led to the halotherapy treatment not functioning as expected. Typically, when the room is operating correctly, the salt is dispersed effectively, and it is even noticeable in taste and scent. Unfortunately, during my session, this was not the case, and I was left disappointed. Despite these concerns, the front desk staff were courteous and responsive. I was not charged, and offered additional sessions, but what point does it make to give me sessions in a room that does not work? Unfortunately, upon our return today, we found that the situation had not improved and impacts the kids' room as well. While the staff was friendly, we were informed that the halotherapy generator was still not functioning properly. The staff member explained that the generator had been malfunctioning since last week, which is consistent with the information I was provided back in May. Initially, she tried to play it as if the generator shut off. I kindly asked her to not lie, and said this seems to be an ongoing issue. It wasn't until I spoke up that the charge was waived for today's visit. At this point, I am concerned that this issue may reflect a deeper problem with how the business is being managed. It is disheartening to waste time or to pay for services that are not being delivered as advertised, especially given the extended period of time that this issue has persisted. Given the ongoing nature of the problem and the lack of resolution, I kindly request a refund for the remaining sessions in my account. We have given your facility several months to resolve the issue, but it seems clear that no action has been taken to restore the halotherapy service to its intended quality.
