What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

Waxer was nice, but you could tell she didn't want to be there and that the early morning appointment was an inconvenience to her. Constant yawning and saying it's too early to be here. Lacks professionalism. I left with wax, baby powder, and still portions of my leg with hair on it (like literally missed my whole inner thigh and outer thigh). I walked out of the room and told her I still had wax on me and she just apologized and didn't take me back into the room to remove it. Wax all over the trash bins, floors dirty, and baseboards with who knows what all over. To add onto that, when it was time for me to turn over on my stomach, there was still wax on my leg which ripped the paper lining I was laying on & I could see old blood stains on the cloth under. At that moment, I seriously should have walked out and left. I still left a tip but needs serious improvement as I expected more from a service that has 4.8 stars on Yelp. Avoid if you value cleanliness, etiquette, and overall have high expectations. Will be returning back to my previous waxer.
