She had to wait over an hour to get her hair cut. It was a mediocre look to say the least. She noticed that the owner looked shocked when she was charge $90. Not only she is good at what she does but also has a unique ability to put her clients at ease, with her big personality and smile. She was so patience with me. Took us about an hour and half to draw and correct my brows to how I wanted (with Phalla's expertise). If it wasn't for Phalla, I wouldn't have this perfect shape.
