I wish I could give more stars!! Tiffani is absolutely fantastic in every regard. I had gone to a couple of other microbladers years prior and contacted Tiffani with pictures of my faded, blurred, heavy salmon-pigmented brows, which desperately needed reviving. I had been toying with the idea of getting some microblading for my eyebrows, exhausted from filling them in nearly every day for the last few decades. I did a bit of research on where to go, as well as costs. Tiffani was around the corner from me and had incredible before/after photos, which made me feel super comfortable in booking a consultation. My consultation with Tiffani was like spending time with a friend who specializes in brows. After some discussion of what I was looking for, Tiffani recommended nanoblading - better looking and lower margin of error/scarring? I'm in! She did some brow mapping and we worked together on what it could look like. She provided great information on how I would need to prepare prior to the appointment (which I didn't book at the time), and gave me her phone number in case her available appointments didn't work for my schedule. After a few weeks, I was able to find the time and I booked on a Friday for Monday. She texted me more details on the preparation I needed (retinol use, caffeine/alcohol intake), and answered my questions. When I got to Beauty Lab for my appointment, we went over the risks associated (as with any procedure) to make sure I was ok with it, and then did an even more detailed brow map. I asked for a few changes, and we picked a color together. She used a topical numbing cream for the first round. I did feel the work she was doing, but it was tolerable. Halfway through she put on more, and then I couldn't feel anything. In total I was there for just over two hours, and she sent me home with a kit and instructions to take care of the healing process. Overall a really stellar experience that I would absolutely recommend. I look forward to when they're fully healed, and booking touch up appointments! read more

So I found this place online and of course I was a bit skeptical because it's the internet. But after looking at her work on her professional Instagram I felt confident this was the right place. Tiffani was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable during the process. After taking her time to thoroughly go over the different techniques of micro blading, nano, and different types of shading. I chose to go with nano ombre powder finish look I believe is what it's called lol. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my brows based on a picture when I had my makeup done for a past birthday. (included in the pictures) I'm really happy with the way it turned out. Although she explained the healing process is different for everyone she mentioned it would lighten up a bit and she recommended a touch up in the near future. So stay tuned because I will post my eyebrows before and after the touch up in 8 weeks! Lastly I just wanted to say her customer service level is at 1000! Because of this, I was very particular about how I wanted my brows to be. Brow Mapping: Tiffani's very first take at brow mapping me was basically done just with minor adjustments that I was being very particular about. In my previous experience this took a couple times. Tiffani was extremely patient with me and my requests and took the time to explain the pros and cons to some of my questions. Nano Brow: I love the color of my brows and her tattoo strokes look so natural! The initial outline of the tattoo hurt a bit but then numbing cream was used to fill the brow in was painless. Tiffani walks you through the process so you know what to expect. Timing: Total mapping and tattoo took around 4-5 hours, which felt like it flew by.
